Why can’t I find my website in Google database?
Many friends always ask me such a question: I submitted my website to Google one month ago, but I still can’t find my pages in the search engine, what is the reason?
In fact, Google is relatively kind to accept our websites, sometimes the only thing we need to do is waiting, that is to say, accepting our websites is only a matter of time.
But we still want to know whether there are some other reasons. If your website meets the three points listed as follows:
a) Obey the spam policy of Google;
b) Accepted by other famous search engine Or at least exchanged links with other websites
c) Submitted websites to Google.
You can consider the three reasons I provide:
a) Google has scanned your websites, but it has stored your website into the cache of database instead of the main database, so it is naturally that you can’t find your contents. Usually, Google refreshes its database once a month, that is to say, you website can be searched after a month. But the period is longer for fresh websites, generally speaking, the period is about 2 months.
b) Your website has been in the main database of Google, but unfortunately, you come across the re-freshment of Google database. In this situation, it is possible that you can find your website in www2.google.com or www3.google.com. So it is a good idea to try other Google sites when you can’t find your website in www.google.com
c) If you search your website using some keywords, it is difficult for you to find your website, especially when your keywords are not popular. You can try search the Google using your name of website or just the URL of your website, if the number of results is greater than zero, it is proven that your website has been accepted.
By the way, if you have installed the Google toolbar, then you can first visit your website, your website can be proven accepted if the toolbar can show the pagerank (sometimes the value is 0, but it is also ok). But if pagerank is gray and your wire speed is ok, it is possible that your website has not been accepted.
