Choose a better way of meditation and visualization
For a long time, I have used to sitting down on sofa or bed to meditating, but now I find a better way for myself.
To stand meditating is better for me because I can get calm down more easily. I only meditate or visualize for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, so it will be not tired to stand mediating.
Up to now, I have found 3 benefits to stand meditating:
- 1. easier to calm down to mediation state
- 2. easier to feel the feelings of oneness
- 3. easier to recall my goals and create scenes in my mind
I always begin my meditation or visualization with a "gratitude stone" in my left hand. In fact, "gratitude stone" is not a real stone, it is a small and beautiful pencil box.
