Morning ritual excerpts

you are far better off … sort of chilling out, reminding yourself that everything is all right, that you.re on schedule, that you’ll know it when you see it, that everything is gonna be all right, that perfect things are coming to you.. than if you were out clambering around in a state of frustration trying to bang something into place or trying to make something happen.

That you don’t do something because you should or you don’t do something because somebody else thinks you should. You do it because it feels like it might be fun, or it feels like it might be a good idea.

what you.re wanting to do is keep reminding yourself of *why* you.re doing it… not the nitty gritty of *what* you.re doing

Where if you.re thinking about what you want and WHY you want it, it’s usually a vibration of allowing that allows the Universe to open more doors for you.

A little more excerpt today because I really found the information is helpful. The morning ritual explains in detail that what we shall do to achieve our goals: ask why and find what we really want.

Many personal improvement teachings have also mentioned this in a high level. What is different is they values more at action. Since knowing the law of attraction, I have also adjust myself to balance action and my thoughts. I have to admit that I have really missed something because of daydreaming all day long without any action. In my previous post “”, I shared my idea that we needed guided action. How to get these guided action ideas? Two basic ways: 1) find what we really want; 2) ask why we need them.

I read the morning ritual several times a day. Every time I read it, I felt I was guided to a correct direction and felt peaceful.

I decide that for the next 28 days, I will recite my excerpt every morning and evening. It is worthy of an extra step.

Smile

When we understand the fact that we are originally healthy, wealthy and happy, we will smile from the heart easily. This morning, I closed my eyes and said to myself: I am naturally healthy, wealthy and happy. With these words, I began to feel the peace and joy through visualizing a healthy, wealthy and happy state of life. Sweet smiles easily lit up my face. One minute seemed so short that I couldn’t help stop smiling until 3 minutes had passed.

Meditate

The content for the meditation is “the sun is shining and the grass is green”. I really like the atmosphere created by this sentence. Close my eyes, feel the warm light on my body from head to toe, visualize the green and soft grass under my feet and walk on it with gentle and long breath.

One thing interesting is while doing the meditation, I felt my stomach became empty and made a sound. It was the eupeptic sign of body.

Placemat exercise

I have put four things in the “what I intend to do” section today. The result is that I complete 3 of them. I feel the power of dominate thought again. I sat on my sofa and worked almost all the day from the morning to the evening. I didn’t feel any tired of this kind of long-time work. In fact, I loved them.

During the working period, I felt an intensive concentration. I don’t know now whether the quantum mind power helped me because I only began using it for the first day. But one thing was obvious that I felt more refreshed than ever through 20 minutes of noon break after listening to the quantum mind power music.

Segment intending

Today was almost the same with yesterday. But I added a working-time segment intending. I only set up a segment intending for 9 am~12 am, while the result showed that the productivity of the whole day was improved. I began to make lunch at 12.53 am because I really loved that state of work.

The afternoon and evening was the same. I became easily concentrated on my work and getting away from TV.

“The secret” has mentioned that preparing day routine in advance will make us a best and favorable day. It is true.

Become aware of vibrational meter

Today I asked myself what made me confused about wealth and I got the answer. It was how to understand that we are naturally wealthy. To tell the truth, I didn’t find a satisfying answer to this question now. I felt it was a big spiritual question. In the next 28 days, I will continue to find the answer.

Doodle dreams for creative box

I took a small notebook with me and drew only picture today. This picture was about the main goal for the next half year. Beside the picture, I wrote down my affirmations and began to feel and visualize the goal.

I found now that I preferred visualization very much and more than affirmation and doodling dreams. I spent much more time on visualizing today than doodling dreams. But now when I am writing this post, I feel that doodling dreams perhaps a good way to visualize too. After all, it combined some advantages of visualization and affirmations.

Virtual realities

I loved this very much today and spent much time on it. For each of the four goals, I designed virtual reality. I feel that I am stepping forward to a better use of virtual reality. But still I find something needed to be improved:

    feel and keep the good state;
    easily switch from one virtual reality to another

Spend daily virtual prosperity allowance

I have forgotten this step yesterday. Today I virtually spent a lot of money on buying some new and fashion clothes for my wife. I found this step was interesting and could be improved in many details.

Evening ritual excerpts

What you’re wanting to do is deliberately look for things that allow the well-being. And we think it is a more productive utilization of your time, than setting goals or focusing on goals ALTHOUGH – focusing on things that you want, and watching your progress toward them is a very satisfying experience.

Set a goal and as long as it feels good, focus on the goal. But if you start noticing you.re worried about the goal then don’t think about the goal. Think about something else and trust that the goal has already been established, the universal forces are working on it, and you work to get yourself into the receiving mode.

Would we set goals? Yes, we would. Would we talk about them a lot after we.ve set them? No. We would sort of release them to the universe. Direct your thought and let it be. You get to choose. But you have a staff… an endless staff… other humans, others who are willing to assist you. But you’ve gotta be in the place of letting it in.

BOPA

I did BOPA in the morning and evening. From the time when I get up to the time when I ate breakfast, the first thing was to do BOPA. The last thing before going to bed is the same. Today, I mainly expressed my gratitude to my wife, parents and one of my good friends. They are really good people in my life. Every time I think of gratitude, I can’t help thinking of them. I specially spent the whole BOPA time on them using words and visualization.

Segment intending sleep and dream period

The same with yesterday.

Summary

Today is better than yesterday on applying the steps in the workbook. Score: 70. I am very happy that I become more and more clear on the relationship between setting goals and the law of attraction. I believe the next 28 days will be better.

30 days to change your life using law of attraction

After I looked through this workbook, I decided to put it into practice. For every day, it provides detailed steps you should follow, thus make it easier to complete the practice.

Similar with the teachings from Abraham-hicks, this workbook values more at your good emotions. It provides some tools to help you find, keep and develop good feelings.

30 day experience details:

My story

I have used the law of attraction for a long time and get great improvement in health, love and wealth.

The greatest improvement is in the area of love. In the past half a year, my wife and I have an especially sweet kind of life because this is my dominant thought. I am now living in happiness and feeling harmony.

This year, I have come across many things needing a lot of money, but I easily managed it. I had an obvious %30 improvement in salary and got extra unexpected income from time to time. You know it is really a surprise when I seriously summarize it now.

I have still in small disease for one or twice this year, but I found it easier and quicker to recover. Though meditating and creative visualization, I get more and more peaceful and healthy. A peaceful attitude is what I really want and now I am on the way to it.

 this book explains to me some secret of me and YOU. At the same time, it provides 22 useful tools on using the law of attraction to attract what you want. I am reading it now. Really good!

this is the newest book by Abraham-hicks, which includes information about using law of attraction to attract wealth, health and happiness. I have to say it is a great book (It seems that I have said this many times.). Answers to many questions can be found in this book.

The Astonishing Power of Emotions: Let Your Feelings Be Your Guide
I used this book to get more and more peaceful. It provides more spiritual information about us. I feel it really better to know the truth of ourselves. Once know this truth, you will find it easier to get a peaceful and full of love state.

Goals

Although I have read many books and use some tools, I still want to have a system plan of using the law of attraction. Perhaps this workbook is just this one.

Just as the workbook promise, I want to change my life to a better level through this 30-day step by step practice. I hope that I can make clear some important questions on using law of attraction, such as: set goals, time management, action and the law of attraction and so on.

I have decided to put it to practice to see how it changes my life. I am grateful that I get it. Every day, I will record my progress on using and practicing it, including:
