30 days to change your life using the law of attraction – day 3

Summary

Today, I mainly focused on smile, meditation and virtual realities. After using the quantum mind power, I found I loved meditation and virtual realities more and more and preferred spending more time on them. As to segment intending, virtual spending, dreams doodling and vibration meter , I still have much to improve. The figure below shows the summary of today:

Morning ritual excerpts

If I would look for something to appreciate and make that my dominant vibration, I would live happily ever after and fulfill my reason for being..

The secret to life is this: look for something to appreciate and practice it until it becomes easy and you will live happily ever after.

I could repeat this morning ritual excerpt more and think of it more. Abraham teachings are always simple in their expression but rich in their meaning. Once knowing we are naturally and originally happy, it is easier to find a way to feel good at any time. Deliberately find something to appreciate and make that my dominant vibration is the simple but not easy way to live a happy life ever after.

I found meditation was a good way to let me easily find something to appreciate. Every time I am in and out of meditation state, I will find many things worthy of appreciation. But I think I could go further because everything has two sides. That is to say, we can find anything to appreciate if we deliberately find it.

Smile

Ranking: 9/10

I found a tip today. When I smiled in front of mirror, I felt it was easier to keep state. This tip was from the book “you can heal your life” by xf. Different from the previous two days, I said “I love you, fred ” to myself in the mirror while I smiled. I found the more I said and smiled to myself, the more happy I felt. But it was also obvious that I had spent more than one minute on this step because I found I loved this step more than ever.

Now I find to smile only one minute or one time is not enough, instead, I want more of it. I decide I will smile to myself every time I have scattered time.

Meditate

Ranking: 8/10

I have used quantum mind power for two days. I found it was easier and faster to get into meditation state. But every time I use it, I must spend at least 30 minutes on it for the sake of its effect. I took Neural Synergy Isochronic 1 (from quantum mind power) as my background music and meditate and visualize in it. The effect is good.

Placemat exercise

Ranking: 7/10

I listed 6 items in the “for the universe to handle” section and only two items in the “what I intend to do” section. To make things fewer will make me more concentrated, while leaving more things or setting up more desires will let me more believe the power of universe.

Now, I have finished the two things listed in “what I intend to do”. I also have many ideas on the desires I have put in the section “for the universe to handle” and I will list it using mind map.

Segment intending

Ranking: 5/10

Today I only did two segment intending practice because I had forgotten it while working. One is for food enjoyment for 3 meals; the other is for a happy day. It seems that I need pay special attention to this step in the next 27 days.

Become aware of vibrational meter

Ranking: 3/10

I still need more improvement on deliberately doing this step.

Doodle dreams for creative box

Ranking: 0/10

I have not done this step today just because I forgot it. It was not a good news, but take it easy, I can make up for it in the next 27 days.

Virtual realities

Ranking: 9/10

With the help of quantum mind power, I like virtual realities more and more. Today, I mainly focused on mentally showing gratitude and goals implementation. The switch among many different virtual realities is becoming smooth.

Morning ritual excerpts

you are far better off … sort of chilling out, reminding yourself that everything is all right, that you.re on schedule, that you’ll know it when you see it, that everything is gonna be all right, that perfect things are coming to you.. than if you were out clambering around in a state of frustration trying to bang something into place or trying to make something happen.

That you don’t do something because you should or you don’t do something because somebody else thinks you should. You do it because it feels like it might be fun, or it feels like it might be a good idea.

what you.re wanting to do is keep reminding yourself of *why* you.re doing it… not the nitty gritty of *what* you.re doing

Where if you.re thinking about what you want and WHY you want it, it’s usually a vibration of allowing that allows the Universe to open more doors for you.

A little more excerpt today because I really found the information is helpful. The morning ritual explains in detail that what we shall do to achieve our goals: ask why and find what we really want.

Many personal improvement teachings have also mentioned this in a high level. What is different is they values more at action. Since knowing the law of attraction, I have also adjust myself to balance action and my thoughts. I have to admit that I have really missed something because of daydreaming all day long without any action. In my previous post “”, I shared my idea that we needed guided action. How to get these guided action ideas? Two basic ways: 1) find what we really want; 2) ask why we need them.

I read the morning ritual several times a day. Every time I read it, I felt I was guided to a correct direction and felt peaceful.

I decide that for the next 28 days, I will recite my excerpt every morning and evening. It is worthy of an extra step.

Smile

When we understand the fact that we are originally healthy, wealthy and happy, we will smile from the heart easily. This morning, I closed my eyes and said to myself: I am naturally healthy, wealthy and happy. With these words, I began to feel the peace and joy through visualizing a healthy, wealthy and happy state of life. Sweet smiles easily lit up my face. One minute seemed so short that I couldn’t help stop smiling until 3 minutes had passed.

Meditate

The content for the meditation is “the sun is shining and the grass is green”. I really like the atmosphere created by this sentence. Close my eyes, feel the warm light on my body from head to toe, visualize the green and soft grass under my feet and walk on it with gentle and long breath.

One thing interesting is while doing the meditation, I felt my stomach became empty and made a sound. It was the eupeptic sign of body.

Placemat exercise

I have put four things in the “what I intend to do” section today. The result is that I complete 3 of them. I feel the power of dominate thought again. I sat on my sofa and worked almost all the day from the morning to the evening. I didn’t feel any tired of this kind of long-time work. In fact, I loved them.

During the working period, I felt an intensive concentration. I don’t know now whether the quantum mind power helped me because I only began using it for the first day. But one thing was obvious that I felt more refreshed than ever through 20 minutes of noon break after listening to the quantum mind power music.

Segment intending

Today was almost the same with yesterday. But I added a working-time segment intending. I only set up a segment intending for 9 am~12 am, while the result showed that the productivity of the whole day was improved. I began to make lunch at 12.53 am because I really loved that state of work.

The afternoon and evening was the same. I became easily concentrated on my work and getting away from TV.

“The secret” has mentioned that preparing day routine in advance will make us a best and favorable day. It is true.

Become aware of vibrational meter

Today I asked myself what made me confused about wealth and I got the answer. It was how to understand that we are naturally wealthy. To tell the truth, I didn’t find a satisfying answer to this question now. I felt it was a big spiritual question. In the next 28 days, I will continue to find the answer.

Doodle dreams for creative box

I took a small notebook with me and drew only picture today. This picture was about the main goal for the next half year. Beside the picture, I wrote down my affirmations and began to feel and visualize the goal.

I found now that I preferred visualization very much and more than affirmation and doodling dreams. I spent much more time on visualizing today than doodling dreams. But now when I am writing this post, I feel that doodling dreams perhaps a good way to visualize too. After all, it combined some advantages of visualization and affirmations.

Virtual realities

I loved this very much today and spent much time on it. For each of the four goals, I designed virtual reality. I feel that I am stepping forward to a better use of virtual reality. But still I find something needed to be improved:

    feel and keep the good state;
    easily switch from one virtual reality to another

I have forgotten this step yesterday. Today I virtually spent a lot of money on buying some new and fashion clothes for my wife. I found this step was interesting and could be improved in many details.

Evening ritual excerpts

What you’re wanting to do is deliberately look for things that allow the well-being. And we think it is a more productive utilization of your time, than setting goals or focusing on goals ALTHOUGH – focusing on things that you want, and watching your progress toward them is a very satisfying experience.

Set a goal and as long as it feels good, focus on the goal. But if you start noticing you.re worried about the goal then don’t think about the goal. Think about something else and trust that the goal has already been established, the universal forces are working on it, and you work to get yourself into the receiving mode.

Would we set goals? Yes, we would. Would we talk about them a lot after we.ve set them? No. We would sort of release them to the universe. Direct your thought and let it be. You get to choose. But you have a staff… an endless staff… other humans, others who are willing to assist you. But you’ve gotta be in the place of letting it in.

BOPA

I did BOPA in the morning and evening. From the time when I get up to the time when I ate breakfast, the first thing was to do BOPA. The last thing before going to bed is the same. Today, I mainly expressed my gratitude to my wife, parents and one of my good friends. They are really good people in my life. Every time I think of gratitude, I can’t help thinking of them. I specially spent the whole BOPA time on them using words and visualization.

Summary

Today is better than yesterday on applying the steps in the workbook. Score: 70. I am very happy that I become more and more clear on the relationship between setting goals and the law of attraction. I believe the next 28 days will be better.

Morning ritual excerpts

Befriending your body is the only way we know of coming to understand that your body is resilient and that it knows what to do, and that it will be whatever you ask it to be.

It’s the most significant information that we have ever expressed relative to your physical body and food. You must love your body, and then lovingly give it the food. And when you love your body and lovingly give it the food, it matters not what food you give it.

In the book “the secret”, the author also agreed with this and is keeping a perfect body based on this rule. I have known this rule just from her. Many great books have also mentioned that to love self is the first step to get healthy, wealthy and happy. In my previous post slim secret”, I have shared my suggestions on how to keep slim without giving up anything you love to eat.

To use this rule, every time I eat something, I chew them and say “thank you” to them. It is not easy to remember doing this when you have not really understood its power. I have put it in one of the segment intending record to make myself remember and enjoy this rule.

To think in the level of your cells is very interesting, every time I eat or drink something, I image that cells in my body get happy and active. Although I only imaged in this way 3 times yesterday, I found I became more and more interested in thinking this way.

Smile

The workbook says that I should smile for one minute. It was easy to complete this step, but I found to keep in a joyful state for the whole one minute was not easy. I have read the fact that 17 seconds of pure thought is worth 2000-hour action from the book “Ask and it is given”. Now I have to admit this.

I tried to recall the joyful things in the past and kept me smiling meaningfully. To tell the truth, I think a better way to smile is to feel the natural joy from my heart. I believe I can get improved.

Meditate

Abraham has emphasized the breathing in the workbook. So the meditation step is not only meditation, we shall also pay attention to our breathing exercise.

Placemat exercise

I have put five goals of next year in the section of “for the universe to handle” and four things for “what I intend to do”. But now I found I only finished two of the things in “what I intend to do”.

I don’t feel very disappointed now. I have finished two important things. I worked on them easily and so happily that I couldn’t help doing them in all my available time. But yesterday is the winter solstice, so I spent much time with my wife shopping, though we bought nothing.

Segment intending

I have done 3 segment intending yesterday with only one recorded. The 3 segment intending are:

1. Morning
In the morning, I only wanted to feel and send the gratitude. I mentally say thank you to my wife, my boss, my parents and my friends. I visualized that he or she was standing in front of me and happily accept my gratitude.

I have also tried to thank myself, but it is not so easy as to thank others. I was always interrupted by my goals and some of limited beliefs. To show gratitude to myself seems so interesting that I couldn’t treat it seriously. I expect that I will get improved today.

2.Feel grateful for every meal in the day

Sometimes I only said “thank you”, sometimes I tried to feel the gratitude. But while eating supper, I forgot. But because it was the first day, I also felt satisfied.

3. before sleep

I only listed 3 things that I thought to be grateful. Now I find I am wrong. I shall say “thank you” to all of my own now and feel the abundant feelings from them.

To tell the truth, I forgot to do this deliberately yesterday.

I forgot too. In fact, I had many chances to do this. Expect an improvement the second day.

Virtual realities

For the 5 goals listed in the section “for the universe to handle”, I did many virtual realities. But I also have to admit that it is not easy to do only 30 seconds. I always spent more than one minute doing one virtual reality. The good feelings did not last so long for me and they got disappeared little by little.

UNIVERSE DOES NOT KNOW IF THE WAY YOU ARE OFFERING YOUR VIBRATION IS BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU ARE LIVING OR BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU ARE IMAGINING. IN EITHER CASE THE UNIVERSE MATCHES IT!

Segment intending sleep and dream period

Well, it was good because I got some extra income during my sleep time. But the more important is I slept very well and woke up with good energy.

Summary

Now I find that I shall finish 12 steps every day. It is not easy if we have not form a habit to complete them. But these 12 steps are not boring to me; instead, I am now very regretful to forget some of them. I expect I can get improved the second day.

If I must rate my yesterday, I think it is 60%. The score seems low but it tells me that I have great chance to get improved the next 29 days.

Overall, yesterday is a good beginning.
