1 focus on feelings

This is the basic and most important tip for effective affirmations. Many friends flailing to manifest their desires using affirmations always ignore or forget this #1 affirmation myth. No matter what tips you will use, you must pay attention to your feelings towards the affirmations. Try to feel the affirmations, be in it and enjoy the scene described by the affirmations. Stay in your feelings at least for 17 seconds, you will send positive enough vibrations to attract what you want.

5 make it short

Too long affirmation is not easy to create and focus on feelings. Cut down the length of them.

6 make it believable

Don’t make an affirmation you don’t believe. For example, “I am a millionaire”. Perhaps you are experiencing a bankrupt now, so this affirmation will only create negative and doubt feelings, which will never attract what you desires. Instead, you can change the affirmation to “I am in the process of becoming a millionaire”. Now, what is your feeling?

7 make it Target-oriented

It is a bit different to make affirmations for the things what you want to get and the people you want to become. For personal improvement affirmations, try to make them in the comparative. such as “I am becoming more and more strong”, “I am becoming more and more confident.”.

8 make it richly colorful

9 write it or say it out aloud

Writing down affirmations is proven to be a good way to improve your attraction vibrations. Write down them slowly and try to experience the feelings created by them. Many people also like speak the affirmations aloud, which is good if you can pay more emphasis on your emotions than your voice.

10 make affirmations frequently
