Slim secret is simple in form. It is all about eating as much as you like and still stay slim. Read on to find this slim secret – by thinking yourself thin.

Keep slim is not only the dream of girls, but that of men. A slim, healthy and sexy body can always make us feel good, proud and other positive emotions. But the fact is many friends have to balance between delicious food and desired weight. To keep standard body, they have to give up favorite food, such as meat, chocolate and many other things.

Strangely, you will find that some people never worry about their weight no matter what they eat and how much they eat. They can always keep an ideal weight. In their mind, it is natural to enjoy all the food they love. Weight loss is not in their dictionary.

Why? Do you really believe stay slim is a born right for someone?

No. we are all born with the same ability within – the ability of deliberately creation. We create anything we experienced, are experiencing and will experience through law of attraction. Keep slim is not an exception.

If you are overweight now, slim fast is not difficult and painful when you know the secret. If you only want to keep slim now, the secret will also be of great help.

The secret is the basis of what we called healthy tips to lose weight.

The secret of slim fast or keep slim is:

let your feeling be your guide to be slim.

Your feelings towards food, eating habits, thoughts on your body are showing you whether your are stepping towards a slim body or going away from it.

Many friends will argue that I like so called junk food very much, does the secret mean that I can eat them freely and immoderately? To this question, there is not a certain answer. You can take time to watch people in McDonald or KFC, are they all fat? No, on the contrary, you will find that many of them keep slim. The key is in your feelings when eating these kinds of food. If you are worried, feared, or have other negative emotions before eating, while eating, or after eating, you will certainly push slim body away. Even if you can keep slim, you will have to give up the chance of enjoying many delicious foods.

Believe in the ability within us. Deliberately focus your thoughts on enjoying the foods you love. Once your feelings towards your eating of foods and your slim body desire are a vibration match, you can’t be overweight.

Claim to yourself: since many people can keep slim body while enjoying various delicious foods, I can too. It is not only a matter of born DNA. The key is my feelings.
