One simple method to make you getting out from anger and feeling good in less than 5 minutes
Anger is one of the biggest negative emotions. It can even destroy anything you love, for example: relationship, wealth and health. Many famous tutors have taught us many ways on temper control and feeling good. In fact, if we understand the law of attraction, we will know that everything is doing good to us through providing us a chance to improve us.
It doesn’t matter whether you know the law of attraction or not now. You can get out from anger and change your emotion from feeling angry to feeling peaceful and good at once. To achieve it, we need only two steps:
1. Get you away from your partner or partners right now.
This is an optional step. When you leave the environment which you feel angry in, you will be easier to change your emotions and get improved.
2. Talk to yourself with these words as follows:
I am feeling negative emotions now, which make me feeling powerless, and make me depending on others to feel good. This is not what I want. Then WHAT DO I REALLY WANT?
With only two steps, you will find yourself being changing. Every time we feel angry, we always forget one most important fact: we, from within, don’t want to feel good or bad under the control of others. We want to feel strong from within and by ourselves. No matter we shouted, blamed or cried out when we get angry, we are moving away from the strong ourselves. Get angry shows that we are feeling bad emotions under the control of others through their action, words, looking and so on. Carefully thinking of this sentence: he or she is so awful that I can’t control my temper. Before blame others, ask yourself a question: can you bear your emotion be so weak to be controlled by others?
The question——what do I really want——pulls you back to the strong yourself. You will certainly feel good when you begin to answer this question only because:
We are powerful from within. We feel bad only because we have forgotten this fact. Whenever we recall it, we will be back to the powerful ourselves.
