It’s interesting no one has posted on this subject yet. Let me be the first then. I think this is an awsome posting. It’s so much more to it than just eating right and taking vitamins. People don’t understand how important your lifestyle is to your life span. Finances is one that should be added also, because if you have wealth, it can reduce financial stress, which can reduce your life span as well.
