Many bloggers have experienced blog stress more or less. With a high and attractive goal set up, bloggers always work on their blogs many hours a day. Blogging is in itself a happy thing or amusement, but now it is becoming a threat to blogger’s health.
Illness always comes from stress, no exception for blogging. Continuously updating blog is a good and must way for improving blog traffic but it is also becoming a task for bloggers, especially part-time bloggers. To get newer information faster, many bloggers always sleep several hours a day and can’t live a regular life. Headache, tiredness, sleeplessness, and overweight are always examples of stress from blogging.
How to release your blog stress?
1. Change your mind. You need not live such a busy life. What are your goals? Ask yourself such a question: are all successful bloggers so busy? If not, stop and calm down to think what the differences are. Work more time perhaps will bring more good result, but it is not certain. If you can find a better way to carry on your blogging, life will change. You can live a better life, just like those successful bloggers
2. Relax yourself through enjoying beautiful music. Music has a magic power to relax yourself. Select some beautiful music and rest yourself several minutes to enjoy them, all will be different.
3 creative visualization or meditation. Creative visualization or meditation is a most effective to keep you healthy from within. Spending 15 minutes every day to purify our souls and you will find you will get smarter and more inspirational. At the same time, it is proven that creative visualization or meditation can improve your creativity and productivity.
4 active blogging. Many bloggers have mentioned this way. Active blogging can bring a sense of satisfaction and effective release stress
5 do more sports. Of course, doing more sports can’t create more posts for you directly. But it can save you a lot of time through keep you more healthy and more productive.
6 hire a writer. Learn to be a boss not just an employee. A good writer can bring you more money than that you paid to him. And you can regain your time.
7 ask for guest blog post. Go out for a vacation, conference, business? Yes, you can. Keep good relationship with your readers and ask for guest posts during these periods. Again, you liberate yourself.

10 keep your life simple. Don’t dream to do everything well. A better and practical idea is to try your best on what you think most important.

I like listening to music while surfing as I feel it keeps me happy and more relaxed.
About keeping my life simple – I am actually busy doing this and I can say it helps a bit. I have done my best to get rid of my bad debt and to keep things very simple for myself. Always being busy and rushing is not me anymore, I found that I neglected the small things until they were big and that caused more problems for me.
