<p>The biggest myth about feelings is that we always take feelings as a part of us.</p>
<p>Pay attention to your words, which sentence you used more, &#8220;I feel angry&#8221; and &#8220;I am angry&#8221;?</p>
<p>Many friends take these two sentences as the same. if so, you are just landing  yourself in deeper and deeper trouble.</p>
<p>When you say &#8220;I am angry&#8221;  , you mean anger is one part of yourself. and if you feel extremly angry, you take anger as yourself. YOU LOST YOURSELF so as to let your feelings control you.</p>
<p>If you choose &#8220;I feel angry&#8221;, you take anger as the thing outside of yourself. It is easier to drop the external thing than the inner thing. And more importantly, to realize that your anger is not in YOU and it is only something outside of you are the bases to release them and get inner peace back. In this way, you begin to take your power and use it.</p>

<p>You can release any feelings if you want. you release them just as you can drop down the book in your hand, throw away the bag on your shoulder or breathe out the air.</p>
<p>Clench your hands and you will not feel ease. You can release any feeling just like Let go your hands,  and you can get peace back.</p>
<p><strong>How to begin?</strong></p>
<p>firstly, try to use &#8220;I feel &#8230;&#8230;&#8221; instead of &#8220;I am &#8230;&#8230;&#8221;.  for example:</p>
<p> Use the sentences I feel angry or I feel happy or I feel sad or  I feel ashamed and so on to express your feelings.</p>
<p>Secondly, try to feel the differences between these two ways of expressing feelings. Take the feelings the same as your book, your bag or anything around you. If you can throw them away, you can release any feeling too.</p>
<p>thirdly, learn the release techniques from lester levenson( you can search it through <a href="http://www.google.com">www.google.com</a>). I am now using it and come to live a more peaceful life. There are still some unexpected things or so called bad things happen to me, but I can quickly pull myself out.</p>
<p>To release your feelings can empower yourself  to feel good and then attract more happy things into your life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/why-do-we-speak-out-angry-words-some-limited-beliefs/"><strong>previous post</strong></a>, I have shared some limited beliefs that make angry words easily burst out from your mouse. I know many of you will agree with what I said in that post, but there are still some questions to be answered:</p>
<p>1. Will I be looked down upon if I keep back those angry words?</p>
<p>Remember that the true power comes from your within. Your cool head, peaceful mind and tolerant attitude are the greatest and strongest powers in others&#8217;s eyes.</p>
<p>If you can be easily  annoyed, you are not among the brave and the wise.  In their eyes, a man who is easy to become angry is also easy to be defeated or even looked down upon.</p>
<p>Keep peaceful, open minded and always have a light smile on your face, then you will be respected and admired by others. They will be amazed why you can get so calm to deal with anything, whether it is little or big troublesome thing.</p>
<p>2. Why can he/she speak out the angry words but I can&#8217;t?</p>
<p>The answer is you want to be a real wise and strong man/woman.</p>
<p>You can act just as he or she does, but if you would do it, you will lose your power and freedom to seek for your own greatness, wisdom and inner power. You let your partner guide your words, emotions and even actions.  In one word, in that moment, you let others create your own reality.</p>
<p>You keep silent just because you want to grow up in the physical world, in fact, in your heart, you also want to get improved in your inner world. When you calm down, you will feel fortunate and pride that you take the right action and step closer to a more perfect you.</p>
<p>3. It is his/her wrong, why can&#8217;t I let the angry words out?</p>
<p>In fact, I don&#8217;t think it is easy to really keep back angry words if you don&#8217;t know the law of attraction. <p>It is only you who attract everything into your life, including the bad situations you don&#8217;t want to experience. your negative thoughts, ideas, actions and words create your now experience.</p>
<p>So It is only you too who can change the present situation. yes, you can let everything be, just by default, but what you will get? perhaps better or perhaps worse. But if you decide to take your responsibility deliberately, you will change your experience.</p>
<p>And so you should keep back and clear anger from your heart and body for they can only attract the same things. Your partner is just the imagination in your own reality. <p>4. If I keep silent, will he/she change to keep silent too?</p>
<p>The correct answer is uncertain. but don&#8217;t feel disappointed. compared with the situation that the angry words were let out, the current will be better and you will experience shorter unhappy period too.</p>
<p>But I don&#8217;t mean that you can change your partner too. In fact, you can&#8217;t change him/her at any time directly. There exists no any magic power that can control him/her to let him/her change. But although they will not change, but in your eyes, they are changing.</p>
<p>This is just the magic and great power that the law of attraction has. You can&#8217;t change him/her, but you can attract his/her goodness into your physical world(what you are seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and feeling) if you are sending out vibrations that represent good feelings.</p>
<p>So the true result, in your eyes, you will find he/she is changed to keep silent more than before. but perhaps in others eyes, they keep the same as before.</p>
<p>5. Can I only speak out just one angry word?</p>
<p>No, the best is to keep any angry word back. Angry word has big negative vibration, which is once sent out, will attract more. that is to say, one angry word will attract more negative vibrations from your partners, no matter they are in actions or in words or just thoughts.</p>
<p>6. What shall I do if I am still very angry although I keep silent?</p>
<p>first, keep silent, then try to meditate for 10~15 minutes. After these activities, ask yourself: what do I really want from my partner?<br />
with this question, begin your <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/smile-meditation/"><strong>smile meditation</strong></a> or <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/mental-appreciation/"><strong>mental appreciation</strong></a>.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t think this process will take you too much time. it is only 30 minutes. But what you will get? Stepping closer to your inner self and getting greater, wiser and stronger.</p>

<p><strong>Step 4.</strong> mentally pick up a colour pen,write affirmation you have chosen on the virtual blackboard. zoom the affirmation to the proper size,try to feel  and connect it with the good -feeling image. form a scene using these images. mentally control your speed of writing to make you get the clearest scene.</p>
<p><strong>Step 5.</strong> use the scene to replace the affirmations on the blackboard ,imagine the blackboard as the door into the scene, step into the door, look around and walk further. walk,speak and act like you already get what the affirmation has asked inquest the scene. if you like,stay as long time as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Step 6</strong>. as you are exploring in the scene,say “thank you” to everything and everybody you come across.</p>
<p><strong>Step 7.</strong> whenever you want to exit the scene ,express your love to all the things and people in the scene.</p>
<p>it seems that the whole procedure will take you more time, but it is worthwhile. you can get easier to have the feelings of having what your affirmations asked. at the same time,the corresponding vibrations become easy and precise to be created and sent out.</p>

In fact, if we understand the <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/law-of-attraction-from-abraham/">law of attraction</a>, we will know that everything is doing good to us through providing us a chance to improve us.</p>
<p>It doesn’t matter whether you know the law of attraction or not now. You can get out from anger and change your emotion from feeling angry to feeling peaceful and good at once. To achieve it, we need only two steps:<span id="more-274"></span></p>
<p>1.	Get you away from your partner or partners right now.</p>
<p>This is an optional step. When you leave the environment which you feel angry in, you will be easier to change your emotions and get improved.</p>
<p>2.	Talk to yourself with these words as follows:</p>
<p><em>I am feeling negative emotions now, which make me feeling powerless, and make me depending on others to feel good. This is not what I want. Then WHAT DO I REALLY WANT? </em></p>
<p>With only two steps, you will find yourself being changing. Every time we feel angry, we always forget one most important fact: we, from within, don’t want to feel good or bad under the control of others. We want to feel strong from within and by ourselves. No matter we shouted, blamed or cried out when we get angry, we are moving away from the strong ourselves. Get angry shows that we are feeling bad emotions under the control of others through their action, words, looking and so on. Carefully thinking of this sentence: he or she is so awful that I can’t control my temper. Before blame others, ask yourself a question: can you bear your emotion be so weak to be controlled by others?</p>
<p>The question——what do I really want——pulls you back to the strong yourself. You will certainly feel good when you begin to answer this question only because:</p>
<p><em>We are powerful from within. We feel bad only because we have forgotten this fact. Whenever we recall it, we will be back to the powerful ourselves.</em><br />
