			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For most of people, clock is used to manage time. They plan everything according to the indication of the clock. Every day is divided into hours, minutes and so on.</p>
<p>For me, I come to reduce the use of clock, especially on using it to manage time. </p>
<p>Once completing setting a fixed time, I always feel nervous. I don’t like dividing every day into hours, and then put things into these hour-blocks. Every time I do this, I feel bad. So I decided to make a change.</p>
<p>Now I only use clock as a reminder. I only set reminders for very important or must-do things. In most cases, I close my clock and everything related with time. I only focus on my to-do things list today.</p>
<p>In my opinion, we shall manage activities instead of time, because time can’t be managed. And another reason is I believe time is relative. </p>
<p>Many people have the same experience with me: sometimes, we have finished much work, but when we check the time used, the result astonishes us. we couldn’t believe that we just spent so little time.</p>
<p>About time, I have 3 ideas to share:</p>
<p>1. time is relative</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; The one minute in others’ eyes may be one hour in your experience. you must try to believe this and enjoy this. You are in charge of your experience, no exception for time.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Don’t focus on the time on your clock, focus on that in your mind. </p>
<p> <span id="more-731"></span>
<p>2. time should be used actively and positively if you want to manage it</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Although I prefer activity management, it is also ok if you feel good to manage time. Only your feelings can decide whether to do time management or not. </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; But there is a fact you must know, that is you are the master of time, not the slaver of it. </p>
<p>3. One most important thing:focus on what you shall do, not the time itself. </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; time is only an indication and it is relative, so don’t waste time watching time now. </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Set a reminder, put the clock away from your sight, and then focus on your things.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To begin a day with a good start is important, because it will set for you the initial vibration level of the whole day. If you want to live this day well, fulfilled and worthwhile, you should consider how to give your new day a good beginning.</p>
<p>from my own experience, I found that you can use only 3 inspiring things to begin. but before we start, we shall mention one thing:</p>
<p><strong>Get up earlier than before</strong></p>
<p>All these 3 things will take you some time, although not too much time. so it is better to get up earlier than before so as not to be late for your job. In fact, only 30 minutes earlier are enough.</p>

<p>Now let’s begin and the 3 things are:</p>
<p><strong>1. meditation</strong></p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Set aside 10 minutes or 15 minutes, sit down on a comfort chair or sofa, close your eyes and pay attention to your breath. </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Don’t consider how long has passed because the alarm will remind you of it. Don’t resist anything. Quietly feel the occupation of your body, to feel that your body begin to expand and get lighter than ever little by little.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; You perhaps will feel sleepy during this process, don’t worry. remember not to try to resist anything. The alarm will remind you of the meditation process. The truth is you will feel ease and relaxed whether you get sleep or not.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; When the alarm&#160; rings, stand up and drink some water and now begin the second thing.</p>

<p><strong>2. appreciation and be in it</strong></p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; I have written some posts about appreciation. I strongly recommend that you first list who and what you will appreciate and then begin the <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/mental-appreciation/">mental appreciation</a> process.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160; Intended appreciation is also acceptable. If you want to reach some goal, list the people and things related with this goal and appreciate them in advance.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160; The key is be in the appreciation. It seems that you are appreciate everybody in this process. To make it real, feel it and be in it.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160; The mediation process will calm you down, which makes a better base for you to appreciate. Appreciation will reset the vibration tone and level, and&#160; will start the good-attracting process. Now let up begin the third thing: put to-do lists in action in advance.</p>
<p><strong>3. pre-arrange things you will do</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You <strong>made a plan</strong> yesterday evening, but you end this day with only a part of it finished. You are busy all the day long, but you go to sleep with no feeling of satisfaction.</p>
<p>Do you have such experience? If your answer is yes, I bet you must want to know how to complete your daily plan. after all, it took you some time to make this plan and you hoped you can step towards your goals thought the plan.</p>
<p>Here I provide 5 tips on completing plan with satisfaction, read them and leave your comments below:</p>
<p><strong>1. make inspired plan</strong></p>
<p>I have written a post on <strong><a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/make-inspired-plan/">making inspired plan</a></strong> before. An inspired plan means your plan are goals-related. when you do the thing in the plan, you will feel harmony doing them. You are willing to do it, not obliged to complete it.</p>
<p>A good plan is the first step to an effective and satisfying day. It is better to make no plan than to make a bad plan.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t include all the things in your plan, instead, only consider the things which are helpful to your goals. You should focus on effective things, which will trigger the manifestation process of your goals.</p>
<p>Generally speaking, a plan including no more than 6 things is good. Too many things will make you confused and lose your dominant attention.</p>
<p><strong>2. make preparation for your plan</strong></p>
<p>Here, &#8220;preparation &#8221; means two parts: one is from your spiritual part; the other is the physical part.</p>
<p>You may be familiar with the preparation from the physical part. and it is really very important. but it is not the key.</p>
<p>The key is to make preparation in your non-physical part. for every thing in the list, visualize the Scenarios where you have finished it, affirm that it will be easy for you to complete it with expected and unexpected help.</p>
<p>It is not a waste of time visualizing and affirming. The total process may only cost 5 minutes or so, but you will find it easier to concentrate on your plan and get more lucks while doing it.</p>
<p><strong>3. stick to your plan</strong></p>
<p>Once beginning your plan, only doing one thing at a time.</p>
<p>Clean your work environment, reduce the windows opened in your computer, only leave the necessary resources for working.</p>
<p>keep the plan in sight. you can paste it on your computer screen, show it on another computer&#8217;s desktop, or write it down on your notebook and place it around you.</p>

<p><strong>4. manage activities, not time</strong></p>
<p>It is not a good idea to manage time, because time can&#8217;t be controlled for many people. but you can manage activities, no matter how much things you will encounter during the day, you always have the right to choose which activity you will do NOW.</p>

<p>In fact, if you know the <strong><a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/the-power-of-10-minute-rule/">10-minute productivity rule</a></strong>, you will find it easier to always find time for your dominant activities.</p>
<p><strong>5. be grateful for everything you experience</strong></p>
<p>Only effective actions can work for a successful day. Be grateful for everything you experience during the day, because everything has two sides. Find good side to feel grateful, and you will attract more things into your life which make you feel good.</p>
<p>Be grateful can also help you maintain good emotions while working. Under these emotions, you will be easier to find ways on completing your plan.</p>

That is: we should perform activities management instead of time management.</p>
<p>Do you have such experiences? when you are absorbed in doing something, the time flies relatively slower. You perhaps used only half of the usual time to complete the same thing.</p>
<p>Paying too much attention to time will bring nervous to some of us, if so, just let go the time management. Focus on your activities, especially those relating with your goals.</p>
<p>Anything which makes you feel stressful will not work for you. We use time management just to finish our activities, so why not directly manage activities?</p>
<p>Time can&#8217;t be managed, because unexpected things will always interrupt you. Once you can&#8217;t finish your segment-goal in planned time, you will not feel comfortable. You now know, uncomfortable feelings will bring more of the similar if you don&#8217;t take measure to change it.</p>
<p>There is no absolute right or wrong for time management or activities management. The key is your feelings. Do your time management go well these days? If not, try the simple activities management.</p>
<p>How to do activities management &#8211; an overview</p>
<p>It is also a big subject for activities management. so here we only share the basic steps for it. But they do work.</p>
<p><strong>1 make to-be list</strong></p>
<p>This is the first step to a successful activities management. We don&#8217;t want to manage all the activities, instead, we only care the important things.</p>
<p>But what are the important activities? Let us make it clear from your to-be list.</p>
<p>to-be list is a list including what you want to be, have or own. It can mean the physical things, character or spiritual improvement.</p>
<p>Sit down quietly and write down the list, or , you can make it in your mind and see it using your mind eyes.</p>
<p>Visualize every thing in the list, attach your emotions and enjoy the feelings of being in it.</p>
<p>This step is like what mentioned in &#8220;<a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/make-inspired-plan/">make inspired plan</a>&#8220;, but it goes further.</p>
<p><strong>2 make to-do list</strong></p>
<p>We are all familiar with this step. just listing the things to do is easy, but to list the important things to do is not so easy.</p>
<p>Make you feel good while listing your things or activities. Once you finish the first step, you will connect with your inner self and focus on your goals. Close your eyes and pay attention to your feelings, every thing which doesn&#8217;t fit your goals will not make you feel happy.</p>
<p>Review the things in your list and feel them. Don&#8217;t make too much things in the list. Generally speaking, 6 is more than enough.</p>
<p>It is worthwhile to spend minutes on these two steps, because they are making you rushing on the right way.</p>
<p><strong>3 visualize to confirm your to-do list and affirm it</strong></p>
<p>With the two steps above, you are advancing towards your goals in the right direction. But do you want more guidance so as to reach there in less time?</p>
<p>Visualization and affirmation will do.</p>
<p>I prefer to visualize for I can easily attach my emotions during the process. and I take the words in the visualization as affirmations too.</p>
<p>For each thing in the to-do list, visualize what you will do or have when you complete it. Be in the feelings and be one with them.</p>
<p>Always value more at the result than the process. We can have more than one way to the desires. for me, I tend to make clear the end result, I describe the details of the result in my mind and try to be in it.</p>

<p>Making plan is not just to list things down. It is to list one step or several steps for your goals. Many friends misunderstand that making plan is only to complete the daily things. No, it is totally wrong.</p>
<p>Every day can be a day stepping forward your goals, or a day stepping away from your goals. You perhaps live a full day, but a full day doesn&#8217;t mean that you live an effective day.</p>
<p>Only when what you do in a day is helpful for your goals, the day is effective. And  whether the day is effective or not is greatly decided by your plan.</p>
<p>We need inspired plan, not simply write things down.</p>
<p><strong>What does &#8220;inspired plan&#8221; mean?</strong></p>
<p>Inspired plan means a plan that follows your bliss and can help you step towards your goals.</p>
<p>Only when you clearly know and are aligned with your goals, you can have a chance to make plan effectively and inspiring.</p>
<p><strong>How to make inspired plan?</strong></p>
<p>To make inspired plan is easier said than done. You need not take much action to complete the plan making process.  Instead, what you need is just a good state before you make plan every time.</p>
<p>Here, there are 3 tips I usually use to get a so called good state:</p>

<li>meditation</li>
<li> creative visualization</li>
<li> wealth affirmations and creative visualization</li>
</ol>
</blockquote>
<p>You perhaps have known and used these 3 tips, if so, congratulations. It will be easier for you to get what we called &#8220;good state&#8221;.</p>
<p>Every time after you get into the good state, you can make the daily plan. you will be guided by your goals and easily follow your goals.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everyone has his own ways to boost productivity. For me, the most frequently used 3 tips are:</p>
<p><strong>1 list to-do things and sub-things</strong><br />
   <br />
Once making clear our desires, it is relatively easy to list big stones every day. There is no need to complete all the things. For me, it is a lovely day too if I can step on the way to my desires.</p>
<p>I usually make the TO-Do list in the morning just after I wake up and appreciation process. Generally speaking, in the appreciation process, I will mentally appreciate my desires and related people and things. This is also a process of recalling my desires.</p>
<p>After the process, I first list 2 or 3 things to do on my desires and make positive affirmation for them. After I have breakfast, I will list extra 3 things and begin the process of sub-to-do list making.</p>
<p>It is interesting to make sub-to-do list using imindmap. About sub-to-do list, StevePavallia has written a excellent post explaining it. If you don&#8217;t know about imindmap, you can get information here.</p>
<p>I always take the to-do list and sub-to-do list making as parts of inspired actions.</p>
<p><strong>2 focus and keep simplify</strong></p>
<p>I will try to only focus on one thing in the list at a time once beginning work. Usually I use 3 sub-tips to keep simplify:</p>
<ul>
<li>Clean my office desk;</li>
</ul>
<p>        Usually I only have a computer, a notebook and a ball-pen on the desk.</p>
<ul>
<li>Clean my computer desktop</li>
</ul>
<p>        I don&#8217;t like drop too much shortcuts on the desktop. instead, I try to keep as few as possible of them.</p>
<p>        as to the wallpaper, I usually use my self made affirmation picture as the background. It is simple but informative for me.</p>
<ul>
<li>Reduce the routines that run concurrently</li>
</ul>
<p>        To do this is not because I have not enough ram to run. I only run necessary applications concurrently.  </p>

<p>Have you once enjoyed the feeling of crossing of completed tasks?<br />
I really like that feeling.</p>
<p>It is a virtuous cycle. I cross off one task, and then the left tasks get less. The less tasks left, the more focus I become.</p>
<p>After I beginning to use the law of attraction, I spend more time on affirmation and creative visualization before beginning of tasks. The biggest income for me to do these  is I usually get some inspired ideas to complete my tasks in the list.</p>

<p>Cell phone is becoming a life’s necessity nowadays, but most of us just take it as a communication tool. In fact, it can do more for you.</p>
<p>I have been using a smart phone for two years. In my opinion, I find there are at least 10 things a cell phone can do to help empower ourselves:</p>
<p><strong>1 record and replay your own affirmations</strong></p>
<p>I have written <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/30-seconds-of-using-cell-phone-to-empower-your-manifestation-ability/">a post about this</a>. It is simple, interesting and easy to record our own affirmations and replayed them. Only with a cell phone, you can use your fragment time better than ever.</p>

<p>Many sites, just like <a href="http://www.thesecret.tv">thesecret.tv</a>, provide a kind of inspiring information delivery service. Once registering their service, you will get an inspired message every day through SMS.</p>
<p><strong>5 help organize your daily inspired routine</strong></p>
<p>Through alarm and task setting, you can fix your daily inspired routine. For example, get up early, gratitude for 10 minutes, meditation for 15 minutes, announcement reciting for 10 minutes and exercise for 15 minutes, etc.</p>
<p><strong>6 write success journal anywhere and anytime</strong></p>

<p><strong>9 learn online course through browser anytime you want</strong></p>
<p>Do you use cell phone to surf the web? If so, find some online courses and learn them in your spare time with cell phone.</p>
<p><strong>10 email communication using the cell phone</strong></p>
<p>To use online course, it is necessary to use email. Using special software or web browser, you can visit email and send email through cell phone.</p>
<p>Spend some time and do brainstorm, you will get more creative ideas on using cell phone better. Your cell phone is just like one inseparable friend, so make good use of it and always show your gratitude for it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today, we will enjoy the power of 10-minute rule. No matter how busy you are, you can use 10-minute rule to change your life.</p>
<p>10-minute rule includes two principles:</p>
<ul>
<li> you always have one or more 10-minute spare time every day</li>
<li> you can do many powerful things in these 10-minute periods. These things can change your life greatly</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The first principle</strong></p>
<p>No matter how busy we are now, we can have or create one or more 10-minute period. For example:</p>
<ul> The time waiting for bus, train, or plane<br />
The time waiting for the open of meeting<br />
The time waiting for your friends or someone else<br />
Get up 10 minutes earlier<br />
Go to bed 10 minutes later than ever<br />
……</ul>
<p>The examples above don’t include your own spare time. In fact, you may have many many 10-minute periods every day, but you possibly have use them to do something not so useful or just let them go.</p>
<p>A better way to use the first principle is to find and list 10-minute periods deliberately. Except the examples above, you are certain to find more of them.</p>
<p><strong>The second principle</strong></p>
<p>If you have read personal improvement books by the great and successful authors, you will find one same fact: they all claim that All the wisdom and power come from the within.</p>
<p>If you really believe the law of attraction, you will know thoughts create things. Our inner world charges our own outer physical world.</p>
<p>10-minute rule is power because we can use it to find and recall our inner power to change our physical reality. Now I summarize 10 things recommended by these great authors, such as Bob Proctor, Anthony Robbins, Esther hicks and Louise Hay and so on:</p>
<ul> Make gratitude list<br />
Meditation<br />

<p>The first 8 things are all about inner power. You can easily and effectively do any one of them in ten minutes. The key is whether you want to try it or not. Take the first step and all will get easy.</p>
<p>The last 2 things can help you move smoothly in your own physical world. You can list more of those things. In fact, we are familiar with listing these actual actions. But be careful, the key to change your life is to empower your inner world first.</p>

<p><span style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><strong>1 make plan<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>&#8220;Fail to plan is plan to fail&#8221;. To make a plan for a new day needs not much time, but it will save us more time (10? 20? or more minutes). Sometimes, you even only need to list 1 to 6 important things to do for a day, other things need no considering. In fact, much of our time is wasted on not knowing what the right thing is for next step.</p>
<p><span style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><strong>2 Do some exercises<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>&#8220;<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Sharpening your axe will not delay your job of cutting wood</span>&#8220;. We all know that best body state will bring high efficiency on work, but we tend to forget that exercises will make us come into better body state easily.</p>

<p>Every day, we are affected by many distractions from various sources: phone call, email, IM, visit, unexpected things and so on. We can say that we shall try to train ourselves immune to these distractions, but is it better to create a non-distractions time? Perhaps this time slot is short, for example only one hour. Close the door and phone get offline, etc. I always treasure this time slot and complete the most important things for me.</p>

</strong></span></p>

<p>A good time journal is the start of good use of time. Many of us always spend too much time on web surfing, relaxing and so on. Through making time journal, we can find and remove some unnecessary tasks, reduce time spent on non-important things, compare when we can have better efficiency.</p>
