My Note

#1. the first point

Not only what you have done, but what you are doing now will be the cause for your present life.

we tend to admit that the past things are the causes of the present results, but this quotation tells more of this. It says that the things happening  can be the cause too.

The things we attracted, are attracting and will attract are just the reflections of our vibrations. This is just the law. you can only obey it, whether you are aware of it or not.

We can say bad words, if we don’t feel bad, and no bad things will be attracted. But we can’t say good words, if we don’t feel good, because no good things will be attracted either.

Remember always that it is your vibrations or feelings work, not your words, behaviour or actions.

#2. the second point

You possibly show different characters to  different people.

When we think it is difficult to deal with certain person, perhaps there are many others feeling how can that person be so kind.

We can only see what we want to see, and what we want to see is just based on our thought vibrations.

Just as the quotation says, it is just because you are being rude that you get into that rude-filled pocket. Relax yourself and release your negative feelings, and then you will see that pocket is changing to be good in your senses.

Make yourself sending positive vibrations, and good reflections or responses will be attracted to you.

It is you who decides what your world will be.

The true wisdom can’t be destroyed or changed. you can only find them. Fortunately for us, some gurus had found some of them.

Today is about the wisdom on happiness. I got them from a hand book by Lester Levenson. Perhaps you have heard of the sedona method, the author of which is one of the teachers in the film “the secret”. but do you know that the sedona method is just from the wisdom of Lester Levenson?

Now let’s begin.

Happiness is our inherent, natural state.

The best definition for happiness is peace, tranquillity, and serenity.

Happiness is the absence of apathy, grief,fear,jealousy,anger, and hate.

Happiness loves.

Happiness is freedom;absence of limitations. The less limited we are, the freer we are, – the happier we are.

What is “pink love diffusion”?

“pink love diffusion” means two steps:

•  set a kind of color for love. For me, I set the color “pink” as the love’s color.
•  when you begin the appreciation process, every time you think of one thing, you stain it with the love color. that is to say, if I want to appreciate my bed, I will try to see it stained to be a pink bed.

Love color is to make the appreciation process vivid. you can change the pink to any color you like.

Why use “pink love diffusion”?

For me, there are three benefits:

• make appreciation more interesting and vivid
• create appreciation emotions and be in them more easily
• make it easier to show appreciation to more things and people in your life.

How to do “pink love diffusion”?

To make the pink love diffusion practical and realistic, I summarize the “pink love diffusion” process into 4 steps:

Generally speaking, this process can be practiced anywhere and anytime. You can sit in your car, on the bus, on the fly or stand waiting for someone. It is you who decide to do it or not.

But to make it more effective, you can choose the time when you are alert and clear, for example, in the morning just after you get up or in the evening just before you go to sleep.

as to the place, the only key is whether you feel peaceful or not. Here I don’t mean that the place must be quiet, instead, I mean “peace” in your mind.

• select your favorite love color

There is no need to choose the same color with mine. Ask yourself to find what is your favorite love color.

for me, light or clear pink is my favorite color. It makes me feel warm and comfortable. Once beginning the appreciation, I become a designer who redesign the color of all the things around you.

• close eyes, adjust breath and appreciate with the help of love color

Close eyes to use your mental eyes. Adjust breath to make you easily get down into visualization state. Now It is turn to the leading actor: pink love diffusion.

To make the process explained clearly, I take one of my pink love diffusion procedure as example:

I close my eyes and begin diffusing the light pink love from my bed to all the places in my house. Bed, chairs, TV, desk, kitchen and so on are all covered by the light pink one by one.

Once I mentally see the color of something get changed, I say “Thank you” to it and try to feel the love.

The time cost of the whole process is totally depends on my choice. sometimes, I only spend 2 minutes to do it. sometimes, I will spend more than 15 minutes. The more time used, the more things I will show appreciation to.

My “pink love diffusion” tips up to now (keep undating)

• list the things to appreciate in advance
• increase the appreciation time cost little by little
• Pay attention to the feelings of love during the whole process
