			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To begin a day with a good start is important, because it will set for you the initial vibration level of the whole day. If you want to live this day well, fulfilled and worthwhile, you should consider how to give your new day a good beginning.</p>
<p>from my own experience, I found that you can use only 3 inspiring things to begin. but before we start, we shall mention one thing:</p>
<p><strong>Get up earlier than before</strong></p>
<p>All these 3 things will take you some time, although not too much time. so it is better to get up earlier than before so as not to be late for your job. In fact, only 30 minutes earlier are enough.</p>

<p>Now let’s begin and the 3 things are:</p>
<p><strong>1. meditation</strong></p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Set aside 10 minutes or 15 minutes, sit down on a comfort chair or sofa, close your eyes and pay attention to your breath. </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; Don’t consider how long has passed because the alarm will remind you of it. Don’t resist anything. Quietly feel the occupation of your body, to feel that your body begin to expand and get lighter than ever little by little.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; You perhaps will feel sleepy during this process, don’t worry. remember not to try to resist anything. The alarm will remind you of the meditation process. The truth is you will feel ease and relaxed whether you get sleep or not.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; When the alarm&#160; rings, stand up and drink some water and now begin the second thing.</p>

<p><strong>2. appreciation and be in it</strong></p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; I have written some posts about appreciation. I strongly recommend that you first list who and what you will appreciate and then begin the <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/mental-appreciation/">mental appreciation</a> process.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160; Intended appreciation is also acceptable. If you want to reach some goal, list the people and things related with this goal and appreciate them in advance.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160; The key is be in the appreciation. It seems that you are appreciate everybody in this process. To make it real, feel it and be in it.</p>
<p>&#160;&#160; The mediation process will calm you down, which makes a better base for you to appreciate. Appreciation will reset the vibration tone and level, and&#160; will start the good-attracting process. Now let up begin the third thing: put to-do lists in action in advance.</p>
<p><strong>3. pre-arrange things you will do</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For a long time, I have used to sitting down on sofa or bed to meditating, but now I find a better way for myself.</p>
<p>To stand meditating is better for me because I can get calm down more easily. I only meditate or visualize for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, so it will be not tired to stand mediating.</p>
<p>Up to now, I have found 3 benefits to stand meditating:</p>
<ul>
<li>1. easier to calm down to mediation state </li>
<li>2. easier to feel the feelings of oneness </li>
<li>3. easier to recall my goals and create scenes in my mind </li>
</ul>
<p>I always begin my meditation or visualization with a &quot;gratitude stone&quot; in my left hand. In fact, &quot;gratitude stone&quot; is not a real stone, it is a small and beautiful pencil box. </p>

<p>I touch the surface of &quot;gratitude stone&quot; gently, begin recalling every one of my goals, put myself in the scenes where my goals are realized and direct my actions and words in them.</p>
<p>with the scenes appearing before my mind eyes, I gently let myself relaxed. Every part of my body begins to disappear in my sense. It seems that my body is expanding, losing its weight and merged with the atmosphere around. </p>
<p>Sitting down meditation will cost more time to reach this state for me. Stand meditating makes me feel it is an easy and natural process to get expanded. I forget the NOW and step into the future goals.</p>

<p><strong>Step 5.</strong> use the scene to replace the affirmations on the blackboard ,imagine the blackboard as the door into the scene, step into the door, look around and walk further. walk,speak and act like you already get what the affirmation has asked inquest the scene. if you like,stay as long time as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Step 6</strong>. as you are exploring in the scene,say “thank you” to everything and everybody you come across.</p>
