3 inspiring things to begin a good day

Get up earlier than before
All these 3 things will take you some time, although not too much time. so it is better to get up earlier than before so as not to be late for your job. In fact, only 30 minutes earlier are enough.

1. meditation
Set aside 10 minutes or 15 minutes, sit down on a comfort chair or sofa, close your eyes and pay attention to your breath.

For a long time, I have used to sitting down on sofa or bed to meditating, but now I find a better way for myself.
To stand meditating is better for me because I can get calm down more easily. I only meditate or visualize for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, so it will be not tired to stand mediating.

The main difference between the basic way and the advanced way is the amount of money. with infinite money, you can virtually buy anything according to your goals.
