Good quotes collection

July 3rd, 2009 | Posted in affirmations, quotes

Today, I found some good quotes on positive and successful life. Although some of the authors are not known by me, I still feel it is a must to share them with you.

Every quote is simple in itself, but it needs more thinking from you. I think it is better to affirm these quotes with meditation.

“No one is your enemy, no one is your friend, everyone is your teacher.” Catherine Ponder

“I dissolve in my own mind, and in the mind of all others, any idea that my own good can be withheld from me. That which is for my highest good now comes to me, and through divine right action I now accept it with joy and thanksgiving.” Emmet Fox

10 inspired things cell phone can do to empower yourself

January 12th, 2009 | Posted in affirmations, productivity

Do you take the cell phone with you all day long? Have you thought of using it to empower yourself?

Cell phone is becoming a life’s necessity nowadays, but most of us just take it as a communication tool. In fact, it can do more for you.

I have been using a smart phone for two years. In my opinion, I find there are at least 10 things a cell phone can do to help empower ourselves:

1 record and replay your own affirmations

I have written a post about this. It is simple, interesting and easy to record our own affirmations and replayed them. Only with a cell phone, you can use your fragment time better than ever.

Using your own voice to play affirmations can boost them. You are familiar with your own voice, so it is easier to believe what you are saying than that of others. More important, the whole process is so interesting that you are very easy to feel good doing it.

2 learn the audio lessons

Nowadays, the storage of cell phone is becoming larger and larger. It is easy to store parts of or the total audio lessons in the cell phone. Enjoy them in your spare time.

3 read e-books

If you have a 3.5-inch-screen cell phone, just like IPhone, you can fully enjoy the e-book reading on it. I had a HP6315 Pocket PC and I always copied many e-books. Many of the personal improvement books and science fictions were read on the phone.

4 get inspired message every day

Many sites, just like thesecret.tv, provide a kind of inspiring information delivery service. Once registering their service, you will get an inspired message every day through SMS.

5 help organize your daily inspired routine

Through alarm and task setting, you can fix your daily inspired routine. For example, get up early, gratitude for 10 minutes, meditation for 15 minutes, announcement reciting for 10 minutes and exercise for 15 minutes, etc.

6 write success journal anywhere and anytime

Success journal is a good tool of activating positive vibrations. But to make success journal effective, you must take it as a habit and stick to it.

Sometimes you perhaps forget to take your notebook with you, or you suddenly have a creative idea, then it is the time to dig the cell phone. Write temporary success journal on cell phone and move it to your notebook later.

7 learn from inspired games and videos

There are many inspired videos and games in the internet. Many of them have been supported by cell phone. Download them and enjoy them in your phone.

There are many ways for us to get improved. Using games is one most important way.

8 receive help from IM in the cell phone

Do you use MSN or Skype in your cell phone? I do.

Many IM applications have been modified to be used in the cell phone, like MSN and Skype. Many law of attraction gurus and personal improvement gurus use Skype as default IM software. Once you have questions, you can ask for help through it.

9 learn online course through browser anytime you want

Do you use cell phone to surf the web? If so, find some online courses and learn them in your spare time with cell phone.

10 email communication using the cell phone

To use online course, it is necessary to use email. Using special software or web browser, you can visit email and send email through cell phone.

Spend some time and do brainstorm, you will get more creative ideas on using cell phone better. Your cell phone is just like one inseparable friend, so make good use of it and always show your gratitude for it.

30 seconds of using cell phone to empower your manifestation ability

January 8th, 2009 | Posted in affirmations, laws of attraction

How many 10-minute periods you have today? how many 1-minute periods do you have? how many 30-second periods? will you use these periods to empower your manifestation ability?

many friends want to know how to use these fragmented time. let us take an example to show how to use 30 seconds to empower your affirmations and your manifestation ability.

suppose you are waiting for someone, but you don’t know when he will come. perhaps 10 minutes, 1 minute or 1 hour later. etc. you have no book and audio lessons with you. how can you use the wait time well?

for most people, wait time means time to be wasted. but for you, it will be totally different. it will be a great gift for you.

many people have put too much emphasis on books, audio lessons and lectures and so on. They have forgotten one important fact:

the true wisdom comes from within.

but you will be different.

Listen to your own voice, feel it and let your voice repeating in your ears. all of these need only one tool: your cell phone. it can be a advanced smart phone, or an commonest phone. how to do?

Open your phone, saying your goals or affirmations, record your own voice, and replay it. The whole process is such simple.

My personal experience

I have used this tips for a long time. today, I have used it again and I felt very good.

I was invited to have dinner with my friends. but I arrived the restaurant earlier. The restaurant is in suburb and there is a beautiful shed in front of it.

I have forgotten to take my Moto A1200 with me. there are many good audio lessons and e-books in it. I walked to the shed, opened my phone, started the recorder and began to announce my goals in 2009.

My phone could only record for 30 seconds. for my goals, I have tried 4 times to make them simplify enough to be included in the 30-second long audio. The trying process was interesting. I changed my tone, my speed, my words and emotions to make my voice feel lovely and inspiring.

every time after I recorded my voice, I replayed it and adjusted it through listening to it. I just felt I was giving a speech.

Time passed very quickly. at last, I spent about 15 minutes on this game. I call it “game” because it is really interesting.

I felt very good throughout the whole process. because every audio lasted only 30 seconds, I could easily get better and better feelings through different adjustments. My goals get more and more clear and attractive too.
