<p>This is the 9th day of <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/30-days-to-change-your-life-using-law-of-attraction/"><strong>30-day to change life using the law of attraction</strong></a>. Compared with the past 8 days, I made progress almost in every step except evening ritual excerpt.</p>
<p>The main reason was that I spent too little time on this step. Of course, I read it 2 times before sleep, but it was not enough for me. In my ideal state, I shall write it at least 5 times. In the next days, I believe the step will be improved. The overall is as follows:</p>

<p><strong>Morning ritual excerpts</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 8/10</p>
<blockquote><p>You do not need to worry about what anyone else is doing if you are taking care of your own vibration.</p>
<p>Knowing your way is the best possibility of them finding their way.</p>
<p>We must take responsibility for ourselves. Through taking care of our own vibration, we can be taken as a role model of others so as to help them in the vibration level.</p></blockquote>
<p>The ranking is 8 today because I wrote these morning ritual excerpts more times than before. Only reading them once was not enough.</p>
<p>To make them more effective, I simply added my name in front of every excerpt, for example:</p>
<p>   <strong><em>fred xiao, knowing your way is the best possibility of others finding their way. </em></strong></p>
<p>It just seemed like someone was saying to me these excerpts.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/tip.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-487" src="http://www.money-attraction.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/tip.jpg" alt="law of attraction tip" width="94" height="82" align="left/" /></a> Take a note book or PDA with you, whenever you have more than 2 minutes, write these  excerpts with emotion.</p>
<p> I found I had many 2-minute spare time periods today: in car, waiting time, before lunch and  super, before meetings and so on. But many of them could not be used well because to switch between different states needed time too. Up to now, I ended up writing 10 times of the excerpts using these 2-minute periods.</p>
<p>The feelings of using the 2-minute period well were very good, attractive and productive. You can also try it.</p>
<p><strong>Smile</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>
<p>I practiced giggle today. Today, most of the time, I worked at home. I tried to take giggle as one of the relaxation ways after 1-hour work. I wanted to confirm whether I could get good feelings through giggle.</p>
<p>I found giggle itself could make me feel good. I needed not think funny things, good experience or harmony relationships. When I began smiling and giggling, I noticed that my emotion was also changing. I felt funny on my giggling. I continued giggling, and then I felt funnier. At last, I was made laugh simply by my own uncaused giggling.</p>
<p>I decide to make myself smile as much as possible in the next days. Whether closing eyes or not, it is all ok.</p>
<p><strong>Meditate</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 8/10</p>
<p>I practiced meditating in two ways today: specific time meditation and spare-time meditation.</p>
<p>For the specific time meditation, I still used <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/quantum mind power.html"><strong>quantum mind power</strong> </a>to get into the alpha state. Because <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/quantum mind power.html"><strong>quantum mind power</strong></a> was 30-minute long, I practiced meditation, virtual spending money and virtual realities many times. I found it was better to meditate 15 minutes one time. I felt relaxed, peaceful and confident.</p>
<p>For spare-time meditation, I mainly used the many 10 more minute periods. There were about 4 to 5 these periods today, but I only grasped 2 of them. I took quantum mind power audio with me all day long, so it was convenient for me to enter the meditation state quickly.</p>
<p><strong>Placemat exercise</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>
<p>I listed 2 things in the “what I intend to do” section. The result was extremely good because I was very concerntrated. </p>
<p><strong>Segment intending</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 5/10</p>
<p>Perhaps the segment intending practice has become short slap. I made little progress on this step today. I always felt resistant to list the five segments in advance. Now I found that this step would lose its effect if I had not listed the segments ahead of time.</p>
<p>To live a predesigned life needs courage. To book a happy future is the same. I always thought 4 minutes were not enough for listing the segments. Now, I decide to only make a simplified list in 4 minutes in advance to test the result.</p>
<p><strong>Become aware of vibrational meter</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 6/10</p>
<p>It was good that I deliberately adjusted my vibration meter today. Through the downstream practice from “<strong><a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/140191246X?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=thesecrelawof-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=140191246X">the astonishing power of emotions</a></strong>”, I felt better about my relationship and wealth state.</p>
<p>Doing this step needs a peaceful, clear mind and a will to live better. I came to realize that it was an exploring process of in-depth issues in us.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1582701709?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=thesecrelawof-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=1582701709">The secret</a></strong> says that the most important step of using the law of attraction is “receive”. Receive is a vibration state in nature. It is an allowing state. The “become aware of vibration meter ” step is just helping us move forward to this state step by step.</p>
<p>I feel ashamed knowing this a little later, but it was not too late.</p>
<p><strong>Doodle dreams for creative box</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 7/10</p>
<p>To make doodling dreams more interesting, I did it in the form of the comic. I felt it was easier for me to step into my dreams and be in them.</p>
<p>Although the ranking is improved, the quality of pictures is still awful. If I would continue doodling for a year, could I become a comic artist?</p>
<p><strong>Virtual realities</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>

<p>I have virtually bought a new car and a new house. I also virtually gave money to some people who need money.</p>
<p>It took me some 2-minute period to do this step. In the next days, I will spent specific time on this step.</p>

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>This is the 7th day of <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/30-days-to-change-your-life-using-law-of-attraction/"><strong>30-day to change life using the law of attraction</strong></a>. Compared with the past 6 days, I made progress in doodling dreams, virtually prosperity allowance and placeman exercise. The segment intending step and become aware of vibrational meter step still need much improvement. Overall, today is a good day.</p>

<p>This ritual says we can change anything through changing the way we think of it.</p>
<p>All so called facts come just from our beliefs. No exceptions. All we see, feel, hear, touch and smell make our own reality. We create what we want or don’t want in this reality through dominant beliefs.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/limited-money-beliefs/"><strong>Limited beliefs</strong></a> can be changed. It means that we can reduce the things that we don’t want. Find new beliefs based on the limited beliefs you owned, focus on them, repeat them, write them and visualize them.</p>
<p><strong>Smile</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>
<p>Today, I spent 3 minutes on smiling in the morning in front of a mirror. I repeated the affirmations in the “you can heal yourself” and felt the joy created through the words.</p>
<p>In the day, I practiced this more. Close eyes and smiles. Most of the time, I smile while listening to the <a href="http://lightsmile.qmpower.hop.clickbank.net/"><strong>quantum mind power</strong></a> audio course. In this peaceful state, I smiled happily and easily. While smiling, it is natural to recall things I am grateful for.</p>
<p>Smile more, feel good more, attract good things more and manifest more.</p>
<p><strong>Meditate</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 8/10</p>
<p>I still used <a href="http://lightsmile.qmpower.hop.clickbank.net/"><strong>quantum mind power</strong></a> to get into the meditation state. It is not a must, but it is helpful and easy to use. Just putting on earphone, I can begin meditation. Because there are no words in the quantum mind power audio, I just took it as the background music.</p>
<p>Only meditate the scene “the sun is shining and the grass is green” was not enough for me. I added many details to it. I walked through the scene, touched the grass, felt the warm from the sun and breeziness.</p>
<p>A dynamic scene is easier to maintain than static one.</p>
<p><strong>Placemat exercise</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>
<p>I listed 5 things in the “what I intend to do” section. Although I only finished two or three things a day in the past 6 days, I confirmed that I would do better.</p>
<p><strong>Segment intending</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 4/10</p>
<p>For the past 7 days, I wrote the segment intending only afterwards. Now I find it is not a good way. I always remembered the 3-meal segment intending, sleep period segment intending. The other period segment intending was always forgotten.</p>
<p>Segment intending means to live a deliberately created life. I have neglected this for a long time(7 days). It will not be the same.</p>
<p><strong>Become aware of vibrational meter</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 4/10</p>
<p>Still need much improvement in deliberately practicing this step.</p>
<p><strong>Doodle dreams for creative box</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 6/10</p>
<p>I doodled all my goals once today, although the pictures were a bit ugly. After all, I am not a professional painter.</p>
<p>Doodling dreams made me feel peaceful and happy. It seemed that I was designing my future. It was easy to feel good and be concentrated while drawing.</p>
<p><strong>Virtual realities</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>
<p>With quantum mind power, I have formed the habit of doing virtual realities while listening to the audio. The switch between every virtual reality was still not so smooth, but better than past 6 days.</p>

<p>I have virtually bought a car, house. I also virtually spent some money on clothes for my wife, my parents and parents in law. The feelings were extremely good.</p>

<p>I could repeat this morning ritual excerpt more and think of it more. Abraham teachings are always simple in their expression but rich in their meaning. Once knowing we are naturally and originally happy, it is easier to find a way to feel good at any time. Deliberately find something to appreciate and make that my dominant vibration is the simple but not easy way to live a happy life ever after.</p>
<p>I found meditation was a good way to let me easily find something to appreciate. Every time I am in and out of meditation state, I will find many things worthy of appreciation. But I think I could go further because everything has two sides. That is to say, we can find anything to appreciate if we deliberately find it.</p>
<p><strong>Smile</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 9/10</p>
<p>I found a tip today. When I smiled in front of mirror, I felt it was easier to keep state. This tip was from the book “you can heal your life” by xf. Different from the previous two days, I said “I love you, fred ” to myself in the mirror while I smiled. I found the more I said and smiled to myself, the more happy I felt. But it was also obvious that I had spent more than one minute on this step because I found I loved this step more than ever.</p>
<p>Now I find to smile only one minute or one time is not enough, instead, I want more of it. I decide I will smile to myself every time I have scattered time.</p>
<p><strong>Meditate</strong></p>

<p>I have used <a href="http://lightsmile.qmpower.hop.clickbank.net/"><strong>quantum mind power</strong></a> for two days. I found it was easier and faster to get into meditation state. But every time I use it, I must spend at least 30 minutes on it for the sake of its effect. I took Neural Synergy Isochronic 1 (from <a href="http://lightsmile.qmpower.hop.clickbank.net/"><strong>quantum mind power</strong></a>) as my background music and meditate and visualize in it. The effect is good.</p>
<p><strong>Placemat exercise</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 7/10</p>
<p>I listed 6 items in the “for the universe to handle” section and only two items in the “what I intend to do” section. To make things fewer will make me more concentrated, while leaving more things or setting up more desires will let me more believe the power of universe.</p>
<p>Now, I have finished the two things listed in “what I intend to do”. I also have many ideas on the desires I have put in the section “for the universe to handle” and I will list it using mind map.</p>
<p><strong>Segment intending</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: 5/10</p>
<p>Today I only did two segment intending practice because I had forgotten it while working. One is for food enjoyment for 3 meals; the other is for a happy day. It seems that I need pay special attention to this step in the next 27 days.</p>

<p>I still need more improvement on deliberately doing this step.</p>

<p>With the help of quantum mind power, I like virtual realities more and more. Today, I mainly focused on mentally showing gratitude and goals implementation. The switch among many different virtual realities is becoming smooth.</p>

<p>That you don’t do something because you should or you don’t do something because somebody else thinks you should. You do it because it feels like it might be fun, or it feels like it might be a good idea.</p>
<p>what you.re wanting to do is keep reminding yourself of *why* you.re doing it&#8230; not the nitty gritty of *what* you.re doing</p>
<p>Where if you.re thinking about what you want and WHY you want it, it’s usually a vibration of allowing that allows the Universe to open more doors for you.</p></blockquote>
<p>A little more excerpt today because I really found the information is helpful. The morning ritual explains in detail that what we shall do to achieve our goals: ask why and find what we really want.</p>
<p>Many personal improvement teachings have also mentioned this in a high level. What is different is they values more at action. Since knowing the law of attraction, I have also adjust myself to balance action and my thoughts. I have to admit that I have really missed something because of daydreaming all day long without any action. In my previous post “”, I shared my idea that we needed guided action. How to get these guided action ideas? Two basic ways: 1) find what we really want; 2) ask why we need them.</p>
<p>I read the morning ritual several times a day. Every time I read it, I felt I was guided to a correct direction and felt peaceful.</p>
<p>I decide that for the next 28 days, I will recite my excerpt every morning and evening. It is worthy of an extra step.</p>
<p><strong>Smile</strong></p>
<p>When we understand the fact that we are originally healthy, wealthy and happy, we will smile from the heart easily. This morning, I closed my eyes and said to myself: I am naturally healthy, wealthy and happy. With these words, I began to feel the peace and joy through visualizing a healthy, wealthy and happy state of life. Sweet smiles easily lit up my face. One minute seemed so short that I couldn’t help stop smiling until 3 minutes had passed.</p>
<p><strong>Meditate</strong></p>
<p>The content for the meditation is “the sun is shining and the grass is green”. I really like the atmosphere created by this sentence. Close my eyes, feel the warm light on my body from head to toe, visualize the green and soft grass under my feet and walk on it with gentle and long breath.</p>
<p>One thing interesting is while doing the meditation, I felt my stomach became empty and made a sound. It was the eupeptic sign of body.</p>
<p><strong>Placemat exercise</strong></p>
<p>I have put four things in the “what I intend to do” section today. The result is that I complete 3 of them. I feel the power of dominate thought again. I sat on my sofa and worked almost all the day from the morning to the evening. I didn’t feel any tired of this kind of long-time work. In fact, I loved them.</p>
<p>During the working period, I felt an intensive concentration. I don’t know now whether the quantum mind power helped me because I only began using it for the first day. But one thing was obvious that I felt more refreshed than ever through 20 minutes of noon break after listening to the quantum mind power music.</p>
<p><strong>Segment intending</strong></p>
<p>Today was almost the same with yesterday. But I added a working-time segment intending. I only set up a segment intending for 9 am~12 am, while the result showed that the productivity of the whole day was improved. I began to make lunch at 12.53 am because I really loved that state of work.</p>
<p>The afternoon and evening was the same. I became easily concentrated on my work and getting away from TV.</p>

It is true.</p>
<p><strong>Become aware of vibrational meter</strong></p>
<p>Today I asked myself what made me confused about wealth and I got the answer. It was how to understand that we are naturally wealthy. To tell the truth, I didn’t find a satisfying answer to this question now. I felt it was a big spiritual question. In the next 28 days, I will continue to find the answer.</p>
<p><strong>Doodle dreams for creative box</strong></p>
<p>I took a small notebook with me and drew only picture today. This picture was about the main goal for the next half year. Beside the picture, I wrote down my affirmations and began to feel and visualize the goal.</p>
<p>I found now that I preferred <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/creative-visualization-a-beginner-guide-easy-and-detail-steps-on-how-to-put-it-into-practice/"><strong>visualization</strong></a> very much and more than affirmation and doodling dreams. I spent much more time on visualizing today than doodling dreams. But now when I am writing this post, I feel that doodling dreams perhaps a good way to visualize too. After all, it combined some advantages of visualization and affirmations.</p>

<p>I loved this very much today and spent much time on it. For each of the four goals, I designed virtual reality. I feel that I am stepping forward to a better use of virtual reality. But still I find something needed to be improved:</p>

<p>I have forgotten this step yesterday. Today I virtually spent a lot of money on buying some new and fashion clothes for my wife. I found this step was interesting and could be improved in many details.</p>

<p>Set a goal and as long as it feels good, focus on the goal. But if you start noticing you.re worried about the goal then don’t think about the goal. Think about something else and trust that the goal has already been established, the universal forces are working on it, and you work to get yourself into the receiving mode.</p>
<p>Would we set goals? Yes, we would. Would we talk about them a lot after we.ve set them? No. We would sort of release them to the universe. Direct your thought and let it be. You get to choose. But you have a staff&#8230; an endless staff… other humans, others who are willing to assist you. But you’ve gotta be in the place of letting it in.</p></blockquote>
<p><strong>BOPA</strong></p>
<p>I did BOPA in the morning and evening. From the time when I get up to the time when I ate breakfast, the first thing was to do BOPA. The last thing before going to bed is the same. Today, I mainly expressed my gratitude to my wife, parents and one of my good friends. They are really good people in my life. Every time I think of gratitude, I can’t help thinking of them. I specially spent the whole BOPA time on them using words and visualization.</p>

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>Today is better than yesterday on applying the steps in the workbook. Score: 70. I am very happy that I become more and more clear on the relationship between setting goals and the law of attraction. I believe the next 28 days will be better.</p>

<p>It’s the most significant information that we have ever expressed relative to your physical body and food. You must love your body, and then lovingly give it the food. And when you love your body and lovingly give it the food, it matters not what food you give it.</p></blockquote>

<p>In the book <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1582701709?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=thesecrelawof-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=9325&#038;creativeASIN=1582701709"><strong>“the secret”</strong></a>, the author also agreed with this and is keeping a perfect body based on this rule. I have known this rule just from her. Many great books have also mentioned that to love self is the first step to get healthy, wealthy and happy. In my previous post <a href="http://www.money-attraction.com/slim-secret/">“<strong>slim secre</strong>t”</a>, I have shared my suggestions on how to keep slim without giving up anything you love to eat.</p>
<p>To use this rule, every time I eat something, I chew them and say “thank you” to them. It is not easy to remember doing this when you have not really understood its power.  I have put it in one of the segment intending record to make myself remember and enjoy this rule.</p>
<p>To think in the level of your cells is very interesting, every time I eat or drink something, I image that cells in my body get happy and active. Although I only imaged in this way 3 times yesterday, I found I became more and more interested in thinking this way.</p>
<p><strong>Smile</strong></p>
<p>The workbook says that I should smile for one minute. It was easy to complete this step, but I found to keep in a joyful state for the whole one minute was not easy. I have read the fact that 17 seconds of pure thought is worth 2000-hour action from the book <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1401904599?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=thesecrelawof-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=9325&#038;creativeASIN=1401904599">“Ask and it is given”</a>. Now I have to admit this. </p>
<p>I tried to recall the joyful things in the past and kept me smiling meaningfully. To tell the truth, I think a better way to smile is to feel the natural joy from my heart. I believe I can get improved.</p>
<p><strong>Meditate</strong></p>
<p>Abraham has emphasized the breathing in the workbook. So the meditation step is not only meditation, we shall also pay attention to our breathing exercise.</p>
<p><strong>Placemat exercise</strong></p>
<p>I have put five goals of next year in the section of “for the universe to handle” and four things for “what I intend to do”. But now I found I only finished two of the things in “what I intend to do”. </p>
<p>I don’t feel very disappointed now. I have finished two important things. I worked on them easily and so happily that I couldn’t help doing them in all my available time. But yesterday is the winter solstice, so I spent much time with my wife shopping, though we bought nothing.</p>
<p><strong>Segment intending</strong></p>
<p>I have done 3 segment intending yesterday with only one recorded. The 3 segment intending are:</p>
<p><strong>1. Morning</strong><br />
In the morning, I only wanted to feel and send the gratitude. I mentally say thank you to my wife, my boss, my parents and my friends. I visualized that he or she was standing in front of me and happily accept my gratitude. </p>
<p>I have also tried to thank myself, but it is not so easy as to thank others. I was always interrupted by my goals and some of limited beliefs. To show gratitude to myself seems so interesting that I couldn’t treat it seriously. I expect that I will get improved today.</p>
<p><strong>2.Feel grateful for every meal in the day</strong></p>
<p>Sometimes I only said “thank you”, sometimes I tried to feel the gratitude. But while eating supper, I forgot. But because it was the first day, I also felt satisfied.</p>
<p><strong>3. before sleep</strong></p>
<p>    I only listed 3 things that I thought to be grateful. Now I find I am wrong. I shall say “thank you” to all of my own now and feel the abundant feelings from them.  </p>

<p>To tell the truth, I forgot to do this deliberately yesterday. </p>

<p>I forgot too. In fact, I had many chances to do this. Expect an improvement the second day.</p>

<p>Well, it was good because I got some extra income during my sleep time. But the more important is I slept very well and woke up with good energy. </p>
<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>Now I find that I shall finish 12 steps every day. It is not easy if we have not form a habit to complete them. But these 12 steps are not boring to me; instead, I am now very regretful to forget some of them. I expect I can get improved the second day. </p>
<p>If I must rate my yesterday, I think it is 60%. The score seems low but it tells me that I have great chance to get improved the next 29 days. </p>
<p>Overall, yesterday is a good beginning. </p>

<p><strong>My story</strong></p>
<p>I have used the law of attraction for a long time and get great improvement in health, love and wealth.</p>
<p>The greatest improvement is in the area of love. In the past half a year, my wife and I have an especially sweet kind of life because this is my dominant thought. I am now living in happiness and feeling harmony.</p>
<p>This year, I have come across many things needing a lot of money, but I easily managed it. I had an obvious %30 improvement in salary and got extra unexpected income from time to time. You know it is really a surprise when I seriously summarize it now.</p>
<p>I have still in small disease for one or twice this year, but I found it easier and quicker to recover. Though meditating and creative visualization, I get more and more peaceful and healthy. A peaceful attitude is what I really want and now I am on the way to it.</p>

this is the newest book by Abraham-hicks, which includes information about using law of attraction to attract wealth, health and happiness. I have to say it is a great book (It seems that I have said this many times.). Answers to many questions can be found in this book.</p>

I used this book to get more and more peaceful. It provides more spiritual information about us. I feel it really better to know the truth of ourselves. Once know this truth, you will find it easier to get a peaceful and full of love state.</p>

<p><strong>Goals</strong></p>
<p>Although I have read many books and use some tools, I still want to have a system plan of using the law of attraction. Perhaps this workbook is just this one.</p>
<p>Just as the workbook promise, I want to change my life to a better level through this 30-day step by step practice. I hope that I can make clear some important questions on using law of attraction, such as: set goals, time management, action and the law of attraction and so on.</p>
