30 days to change your life using the law of attraction – day 9

Summary

This is the 9th day of 30-day to change life using the law of attraction. Compared with the past 8 days, I made progress almost in every step except evening ritual excerpt.

The main reason was that I spent too little time on this step. Of course, I read it 2 times before sleep, but it was not enough for me. In my ideal state, I shall write it at least 5 times. In the next days, I believe the step will be improved. The overall is as follows:

Morning ritual excerpts

Ranking: 8/10

You do not need to worry about what anyone else is doing if you are taking care of your own vibration.

Knowing your way is the best possibility of them finding their way.

We must take responsibility for ourselves. Through taking care of our own vibration, we can be taken as a role model of others so as to help them in the vibration level.

The ranking is 8 today because I wrote these morning ritual excerpts more times than before. Only reading them once was not enough.

To make them more effective, I simply added my name in front of every excerpt, for example:

   fred xiao, knowing your way is the best possibility of others finding their way.

It just seemed like someone was saying to me these excerpts.

law of attraction tip Take a note book or PDA with you, whenever you have more than 2 minutes, write these  excerpts with emotion.

 I found I had many 2-minute spare time periods today: in car, waiting time, before lunch and  super, before meetings and so on. But many of them could not be used well because to switch between different states needed time too. Up to now, I ended up writing 10 times of the excerpts using these 2-minute periods.

The feelings of using the 2-minute period well were very good, attractive and productive. You can also try it.

Smile

Ranking: 9/10

I practiced giggle today. Today, most of the time, I worked at home. I tried to take giggle as one of the relaxation ways after 1-hour work. I wanted to confirm whether I could get good feelings through giggle.

I found giggle itself could make me feel good. I needed not think funny things, good experience or harmony relationships. When I began smiling and giggling, I noticed that my emotion was also changing. I felt funny on my giggling. I continued giggling, and then I felt funnier. At last, I was made laugh simply by my own uncaused giggling.

I decide to make myself smile as much as possible in the next days. Whether closing eyes or not, it is all ok.

Meditate

Ranking: 8/10

I practiced meditating in two ways today: specific time meditation and spare-time meditation.

For the specific time meditation, I still used quantum mind power to get into the alpha state. Because quantum mind power was 30-minute long, I practiced meditation, virtual spending money and virtual realities many times. I found it was better to meditate 15 minutes one time. I felt relaxed, peaceful and confident.

For spare-time meditation, I mainly used the many 10 more minute periods. There were about 4 to 5 these periods today, but I only grasped 2 of them. I took quantum mind power audio with me all day long, so it was convenient for me to enter the meditation state quickly.

Placemat exercise

Ranking: 9/10

I listed 2 things in the “what I intend to do” section. The result was extremely good because I was very concerntrated. 

Segment intending

Ranking: 5/10

Perhaps the segment intending practice has become short slap. I made little progress on this step today. I always felt resistant to list the five segments in advance. Now I found that this step would lose its effect if I had not listed the segments ahead of time.

To live a predesigned life needs courage. To book a happy future is the same. I always thought 4 minutes were not enough for listing the segments. Now, I decide to only make a simplified list in 4 minutes in advance to test the result.

Become aware of vibrational meter

Ranking: 6/10

It was good that I deliberately adjusted my vibration meter today. Through the downstream practice from “the astonishing power of emotions”, I felt better about my relationship and wealth state.

Doing this step needs a peaceful, clear mind and a will to live better. I came to realize that it was an exploring process of in-depth issues in us.

The secret says that the most important step of using the law of attraction is “receive”. Receive is a vibration state in nature. It is an allowing state. The “become aware of vibration meter ” step is just helping us move forward to this state step by step.

I feel ashamed knowing this a little later, but it was not too late.

Doodle dreams for creative box

Ranking: 7/10

To make doodling dreams more interesting, I did it in the form of the comic. I felt it was easier for me to step into my dreams and be in them.

Although the ranking is improved, the quality of pictures is still awful. If I would continue doodling for a year, could I become a comic artist?

Virtual realities

Ranking: 9/10

I have virtually bought a new car and a new house. I also virtually gave money to some people who need money.

It took me some 2-minute period to do this step. In the next days, I will spent specific time on this step.

Evening ritual excerpts

Ranking: 6/10

As you understand that through your powerful thoughts you have the power to control that which you experience, and then you will no longer fear others, you will no longer resent others, and you will then be more willing to ALLOW others to be as they are.

As you are interacting with others, understanding and applying the *Creative Process*, you will be delighted to experience your individual freedom to create whatever it is that you are wanting. At the same time that you are allowing all others to do the same

I am back. Sorry for leaving 3 days. Don’t worry. I will continue the 30-day experiment.

Summary

This is the 7th day of 30-day to change life using the law of attraction. Compared with the past 6 days, I made progress in doodling dreams, virtually prosperity allowance and placeman exercise. The segment intending step and become aware of vibrational meter step still need much improvement. Overall, today is a good day.

Morning ritual excerpts

Ranking: 7/10

Nothing is just the way it is because that’s the way it is, because everything that is the way it is, is the way it is because somebody thinks that’s the way that it is.

This ritual says we can change anything through changing the way we think of it.

All so called facts come just from our beliefs. No exceptions. All we see, feel, hear, touch and smell make our own reality. We create what we want or don’t want in this reality through dominant beliefs.

Limited beliefs can be changed. It means that we can reduce the things that we don’t want. Find new beliefs based on the limited beliefs you owned, focus on them, repeat them, write them and visualize them.

Smile

Ranking: 9/10

Today, I spent 3 minutes on smiling in the morning in front of a mirror. I repeated the affirmations in the “you can heal yourself” and felt the joy created through the words.

In the day, I practiced this more. Close eyes and smiles. Most of the time, I smile while listening to the quantum mind power audio course. In this peaceful state, I smiled happily and easily. While smiling, it is natural to recall things I am grateful for.

Smile more, feel good more, attract good things more and manifest more.

Meditate

Ranking: 8/10

I still used quantum mind power to get into the meditation state. It is not a must, but it is helpful and easy to use. Just putting on earphone, I can begin meditation. Because there are no words in the quantum mind power audio, I just took it as the background music.

Only meditate the scene “the sun is shining and the grass is green” was not enough for me. I added many details to it. I walked through the scene, touched the grass, felt the warm from the sun and breeziness.

A dynamic scene is easier to maintain than static one.

I listed 5 things in the “what I intend to do” section. Although I only finished two or three things a day in the past 6 days, I confirmed that I would do better.

Segment intending

Ranking: 4/10

For the past 7 days, I wrote the segment intending only afterwards. Now I find it is not a good way. I always remembered the 3-meal segment intending, sleep period segment intending. The other period segment intending was always forgotten.

Segment intending means to live a deliberately created life. I have neglected this for a long time(7 days). It will not be the same.

Become aware of vibrational meter

Ranking: 4/10

Still need much improvement in deliberately practicing this step.

Doodle dreams for creative box

Ranking: 6/10

I doodled all my goals once today, although the pictures were a bit ugly. After all, I am not a professional painter.

Doodling dreams made me feel peaceful and happy. It seemed that I was designing my future. It was easy to feel good and be concentrated while drawing.

Virtual realities

Ranking: 9/10

With quantum mind power, I have formed the habit of doing virtual realities while listening to the audio. The switch between every virtual reality was still not so smooth, but better than past 6 days.

Spend daily virtual prosperity allowance

Ranking: 7/10

I have virtually bought a car, house. I also virtually spent some money on clothes for my wife, my parents and parents in law. The feelings were extremely good.

Evening ritual excerpts

Ranking: 7/10

What’s bothering you is always at the heart of your resistance and your resistance is always at the heart of your short-circuiting. EVERY SINGLE TIME, NO MATTER WHAT the diagnosis is. Every single time.

BOPA

Ranking: 9/10

Up to now, I have developed a good habit. That is to do BOPA in the morning and evening. Without considering what to do, the first thing just after my getting up is BOPA. The last thing before going to bed is the same.

30 days to change your life using the law of attraction – day 3

Summary

Today, I mainly focused on smile, meditation and virtual realities. After using the quantum mind power, I found I loved meditation and virtual realities more and more and preferred spending more time on them. As to segment intending, virtual spending, dreams doodling and vibration meter , I still have much to improve. The figure below shows the summary of today:

Morning ritual excerpts

If I would look for something to appreciate and make that my dominant vibration, I would live happily ever after and fulfill my reason for being..

The secret to life is this: look for something to appreciate and practice it until it becomes easy and you will live happily ever after.

Ranking: 7/10

I could repeat this morning ritual excerpt more and think of it more. Abraham teachings are always simple in their expression but rich in their meaning. Once knowing we are naturally and originally happy, it is easier to find a way to feel good at any time. Deliberately find something to appreciate and make that my dominant vibration is the simple but not easy way to live a happy life ever after.

I found meditation was a good way to let me easily find something to appreciate. Every time I am in and out of meditation state, I will find many things worthy of appreciation. But I think I could go further because everything has two sides. That is to say, we can find anything to appreciate if we deliberately find it.

Smile

Ranking: 9/10

I found a tip today. When I smiled in front of mirror, I felt it was easier to keep state. This tip was from the book “you can heal your life” by xf. Different from the previous two days, I said “I love you, fred ” to myself in the mirror while I smiled. I found the more I said and smiled to myself, the more happy I felt. But it was also obvious that I had spent more than one minute on this step because I found I loved this step more than ever.

Now I find to smile only one minute or one time is not enough, instead, I want more of it. I decide I will smile to myself every time I have scattered time.

Meditate

Ranking: 8/10

I have used quantum mind power for two days. I found it was easier and faster to get into meditation state. But every time I use it, I must spend at least 30 minutes on it for the sake of its effect. I took Neural Synergy Isochronic 1 (from quantum mind power) as my background music and meditate and visualize in it. The effect is good.

Ranking: 7/10

I listed 6 items in the “for the universe to handle” section and only two items in the “what I intend to do” section. To make things fewer will make me more concentrated, while leaving more things or setting up more desires will let me more believe the power of universe.

Now, I have finished the two things listed in “what I intend to do”. I also have many ideas on the desires I have put in the section “for the universe to handle” and I will list it using mind map.

Segment intending

Ranking: 5/10

Today I only did two segment intending practice because I had forgotten it while working. One is for food enjoyment for 3 meals; the other is for a happy day. It seems that I need pay special attention to this step in the next 27 days.

I still need more improvement on deliberately doing this step.

I have not done this step today just because I forgot it. It was not a good news, but take it easy, I can make up for it in the next 27 days.

Virtual realities

Ranking: 9/10

With the help of quantum mind power, I like virtual realities more and more. Today, I mainly focused on mentally showing gratitude and goals implementation. The switch among many different virtual realities is becoming smooth.

As you recognize that you are moving into a new segment, that you stop and think about whom you are, what you want to accomplish, how you want to feel. YOU SET YOUR OWN TONE SO THAT YOU GET TO CHOOSE THE TONE OF WHAT HAPPENS IN THE INTERACTION — rather than observing someone else’s and becoming a part of that.

BOPA

Ranking: 8/10

Because I will send my wife a special gift and the gift has not come yet, I showed special gratitude to the carrier. The other people is the same: my wife, my parents and friends.
