3 tips to create a more efficient morning time

To many friends especially early risers, morning time is very important and valued. morning time period is also a high efficiency time zone and plays an important role in creating a happy and satisfying day. We are always wanting to have a good day with high productivity, then let us begin from the morning. Here I am honored to share 3 simple steps to boost the efficiency of the morning time.

1 begin a day with a gratitude list
We all know that a good state of mind will bring a high efficiency. In that state, we feel we are powerful, dedicated, confident and god-blessed. Gratitude is one of the most important sources for good mood. In nowadays, we are able to complete our goals or work with much help from many persons. We shall delibe-rately thank them because when we are in a state of gratitude, we are adjusting ourselves focus on the good things which will purify our mind, fill our heart with love and peace. From the view of law of attraction, when we are making gratitude list, we are sending out most powerful positive vibrations and attracting more of the same good things back to us. In my experience, I can always make me feel good from making gratitude list and it is always a good signal to enter high efficiency state.

2 List or review the plan for today
Time always flies without noticed. Successful people are not always those work longer than ordinary people, instead, they have clear goals and dedicated actions, that is to say, they know where they want to go and where they are going. Morning is the start of new day and infinite chances, so if we grasp the time from the beginning, we are in half the battle.
Listing or reviewing plans is a good action in the morning. With this action done, we have decided that we will try to put anything aside except the goal-related things. Little things done to waste time, we are certain to be higher efficient.

3 begin from the MIT(Most Important Things)
If there is still some time left for the morning, we can first begin from the MIT(most important things). We can pick out one MIT and begin working on it. It is possible that we can’t complete it in the morning zone, but it will help us building up confidence on completing MITs and managing time. The more important for us is that we are doing the right thing which directly leads to our success.

There is a saying said that a good start is the half of the success. Grasp the morning time tightly and create a perfect day with satisfying productivity.
