18 Tips to feel good easily and instantly – part II

Many friends want to feel good instantly, especially when coming across some unpleasant things. In fact, feeling good is very easy if you know some simple tips. Here I list 18 tips to make you feel good instantly:

11.Watch a good movie
Compared with book, a good and interesting movie will have more instant effect on feeling good. It is difficult to keep sad on watching a funny comedy. A good movie will create laugh, as we all know, laugh will certainly make us feel good.
12.Call or confide to your good friends
Share your feelings with your friends. Sometimes we will find that it is difficult to teach ourselves to be happy or to change to be happy. Calling or confiding to good friends will release the bad feelings little by little, sometimes there is no need to talk about your bad feelings. The content of the conversation is not so important.
13.Enjoy or Sing a song you love
Do you love music? Are you one of the fans of some pop stars? Come on and enjoy his or her songs and dance with the songs if you can. You will find that this is perhaps the most suitable tip for you to feel good at any time.
14.Raise your voice and laugh

Changing our state of physical body is another way to feel good. You can go to swim, play table tennis, basketball, football or just running.
17.Sleep enough
Maybe you will feel that sleep should not be the tip to feel good, because we sleep every day. Here I mean we shall sleep ENOUGH. Too little sleep time can change us to be an irritable person. We may always feel annoying or anxious when we are lack of sleep. Sometimes we will find after a sound sleep, anger has gone away and been replaced with calm and gentleness.
18.Act now
This is the most important tip. All the tips above is just tips, you can feel good only if you have applied one or several of them. Just reading it is not enough.
