Water is a must for living. Our brain is about 70% water and body is about 60%. Generally speaking, without water, one can’t live more than

    I don’t drink enough water as they say 2l a day is right.

    If I can I will drink 2 tots of whiskey a day as it keeps the doctor away.

    You surprised me a bit on the kidney stone prevention, that is something new to me.

    I think I’m going to drink a bit more water now.

    You can also eat more vegetables and fruits instead of drinking so much water.
